Dressing Up My Dog For Halloween | Cute Pet Costumes

Am I the only one dressing up my dog for Halloween? There are a lot of cute pet costumes out there, but Sweet Pea is just a little dog so it's a bit tougher to find ones that look good and fit her comfortably. 

In this funny dog video we are playing dress up and trying on a couple cute pet costumes, including a space suit and pumpkin. Never thought I would be one of those pet owners that dresses up their dog for Halloween, but here we are... lol

Sweet Pea is a Morkie... they call a designer dog breed. She's part Yorkshire Terrier, part Maltese and acts like a puppy but she will be 13 years old soon which makes her a senior dog. 

There were no animals harmed in the making of this video... lol

If you’re thinking about getting started on your fitness journey, here are 5 reasons to go for a walk 🏃🏻‍♀️ in a short video… we have to start somewhere.

5 Reasons to go for a WALK 🏃🏻‍♀️:

1. Weight loss & maintaining your weight. Did you know that you can lose weight just walking 30 minutes a day? To start your fitness journey you may need to walk less than that at first, but set a goal and you'll get there quicker than you think and may find yourself going an hour or more eventually.

2. Mobility... relieves joint pain & stiffness. Walking is easier on your joints then running. The more mobile you are the longer you will still have your mobility up and into your older adult years. Notice I didn't say senior... lol 😂

3. Helps relieve STRESS. Walking can be a form of meditation, getting out into nature, fresh air and feeling grounded.  It also releases endorphins, which is our body's natural happy drug, so if you're feeling any anxiety and can't think of what to do... go for a WALK.

4. Easy exercise to boost your energy. Walking is one of the easiest ways to begin a fitness routine and will give you energy throughout your day, and because of the activity during the day, sleep will be easier and more restful.

5. It's FREE!! It can't get any better than this! Walking doesn't cost a thing... you can go for a walk and get your cardio for FREE.
