2. Mobility... relieves joint pain & stiffness. Walking is easier on your joints then running. The more mobile you are the longer you will still have your mobility up and into your older adult years. Notice I didn't say senior... lol 😂
3. Helps relieve STRESS. Walking can be a form of meditation, getting out into nature, fresh air and feeling grounded. It also releases endorphins, which is our body's natural happy drug, so if you're feeling any anxiety and can't think of what to do... go for a WALK.
4. Easy exercise to boost your energy. Walking is one of the easiest ways to begin a fitness routine and will give you energy throughout your day, and because of the activity during the day, sleep will be easier and more restful.
5. It's FREE!! It can't get any better than this! Walking doesn't cost a thing... you can go for a walk and get your cardio for FREE.
