I’ve started using flashcards more often (and I’m seeing a lot more of them on studyblrs and studygrams), so I decided to look up tips on how to use them. Here are some important ones I’ve found that I wanted to share with you guys! Hope this helps :)

Is it actually that difficult to focus and stay motivated during a 400m sprint? I mean it's like a minute of running, that doesn't seem really difficult to concentrate on finishing?
a 400m is difficult, no question about it.
yes, it is hard to stay focused. you can’t go out there and jog, and its not “like a minute of running” to most 400 runners.
the 400 is a sprint. It is 400m of hard work. it is months and months of training and weight room put into sub 60 seconds of putting everything on the table. You can’t have a bad day and run the 400m. there is no hiding behind the pack, its not a jump where you might get 3 attempts. Its all or nothing..
steps: 1. exaggerated cursive 2. thicken the downstrokes 3. color it in ☺️

Daily reminder: If they wanna talk to you, they will. If they wanna be with you, they will. If they wanna make things work, they will. Don’t let things be one sided. It’s not healthy, and it’s not fair to you.
