But when it’s fiction, when no real people are being hurt or killed, it’s interesting to explore the experience, the effects it may have, and to an extent experience the emotions involved without actually having to experience the horrible thing. You explore scary, dangerous things from a safe distance.

I constantly forget that theres people who watched Spn and don’t ship destiel. Like in my head its just obvious to everyone. My bad y’all you’re entitled to your wrong opinions ig.

Every once in a while, it hits me how deeply misunderstood Dean was by the people around them. But then. Then Cas stepped into his life. And took one look and saw right through his soul and immediately understood him. Which would be fine. But no. Later on Cas was displayed as not understanding human things and humans in general.

But he took one look at Dean and saw how deeply hurt and insecure he was. "You don't think you deserve to be saved." Like. He touched his soul once and immediately understood Dean as a being.

Cas almost died right there and then, his face when he’s touching Dean’s shoulder tells it all

And the fact that Dean gently pushes Sam away, but not Cas …….

He also definitely glances over at Cas’ hand for a second, too. Its like he can’t stop himself from looking.
