Don’t reality shift to “see comfort characters” or escape or whatever. Shift because you want to. Stop giving yourself a reason to and just do it.

Same goes with manifesting. Don’t manifest money because you don’t have a lot.

Focus on your desire and get it. Don’t focus on what you don’t have or the lack of it. Don’t focus on the reason.

hello people! i‘m back and this time, i’ve prepared a challenge for you. it‘s about time you manifest your desires and hopefully, this guide can help you achieve that. ♡

in steps

one make a list writing down all of your desires that you want to focus on manifesting. what desires have a priority for you? you can add as many as you like. and remember, no desire is "too big" or "too unrealistic" to manifest. don’t modify your desires and leave them as you want them to manifest into your reality.

two script for your desires. now that you know what exactly you are going to manifest, you can script. ask yourself, what would you do if you had your desires? how would you feel? how would the outer world react? again, don’t hold back.

three live in the end. you have saturated your mind with the new story and can now let go of the old one. don’t look back! stick to your new reality and make it yours. you are in the state of being your desired you and you will start identifying yourself with the version of yourself who has/is what you desire and embody them. fulfill yourself in your imagination. you have your desire now, so act like it! stop worrying about your desires manifesting or about how long it might take. creation is finished — why look for outer validation when you have what you want?

four this is optional! if you are someone who likes to do methods such as visualisation, scripting, affirming, and so on, you are obviously free to do that. remember, when you are doing a method, you do it to remind yourself that you have what you want. it’s supposed to saturate your mind and get you in the state of knowing. this is especially helpful for those who often switch to undesirable states and experience difficulties maintaining a state.

five this is also rather advice but i recommend you not to use tumblr while living your new life. you don’t need to go on tumblr, try new methods, keep up with new posts, take part in more challenges, overconsume information or get confused. focus on whatever you are doing now, because that’s more than enough.

GUIDE TO MANIFESTATION!

This is the only law of assumption post you’ll ever need, basically manifesting 101. This is a perfect post for beginners, but is also a great read if you’re looking to go back to basics. I sincerely hope this helps you and clears up anything you’re questioning!

Manifesting

To manifest is to persist in an assumption until it manifests into your 3D reality.

Assumptions

To create an assumption/to assume is to accept something to be true without proof. This can be done by simply stating you have a desire and then persisting in the fact that it is true.

Persistence

To persist is to continue with an act. So, continue to stand firm in your assumption. You cannot be persisting then complain about not having your desire, that is not standing firm in the fact you have your desire, that is persisting in the state of lack.

States

States are not a method. You are always in a state of consciousness. But what does it mean to be in a state? A state is what you are identifying with, your thoughts, your emotions, everything to do with your consciousness and mindset. You simply get into a state by setting the intention, or by well… stating an assumption.

The 3D and the 4D

The 3D is our physically reality, while the 4D is our imagination. The 3D is nothing but a mirror of the 4D, this is why your assumptions manifest into the 3D, and why the 4D is referred to as the only reality - The 3D wouldn’t exist without the 4D. Everything is based off of your assumptions, you have the power to change absolutely anything. If you can imagine it you can have it.

The state of the wish fulfilled

The state of the wish fulfilled is to be in a state of mind in which you are sure you have your desire. You maintain the state by standing firm and persisting in your assumption. You can also use methods to enter the state of the wish fulfilled but this isn’t necessary. The state of the wish fulfilled will become your natural state with time.

Ignoring the 3D

The 3D is to not be ignored. The 3D is to be dismissed. Ignoring the 3D can lead to spiralling and stress. You should be able to look at your current circumstances and tell yourself that your circumstances will change, they are not permanent. You should not be trying to change your 3D, the idea of the law is to change your 4D, to change your imagination and thought patterns because that is what is reflected into the 3D.

Methods

There are many methods out there, such as visualisation, scripting and affirming. These are not the only method, you can even create your own methods! These are only tools to help you enter the state of the wish fulfilled and to impress your subconscious mind. No method is necessary for manifesting, only do a method if you enjoy it. Do not do a method just because it has worked for someone else, especially if you do not enjoy it. Do only what works for you and makes you feel good.

Visualisation is the act of forming a mental image in your mind, including scenarios, with the intent to bring them into reality.
Scripting is when you write down your desires as if you have them or are going to get them. This can be done on paper or digitally, most people do this as if they were writing a diary entry.
Affirming can be seen as a method, but in reality we are affirming all the time. Affirmations are just thoughts. So how can this be a method? By purposely repeating a certain affirmation multiple times throughout the day or even multiple affirmations.
Vaunting is the same as simple old affirming, but instead of just one sentence it is multiple sentences, a paragraph.

Negativity

Most people worry about having negative thoughts and emotions, thinking it has ruined their manifestions. You are allowed to have negative thoughts and emotions; Obviously, it would be nice not to and you should strive for positivity in your life. But do not go out of your way to spiral by feeding into negative thoughts, if you get a negative thought acknowledge it, do not become a victim to your own imagination and mind. You can cry and have negative emotions, do not bottle up your emotions, but do not tell yourself that you’ve ruined everything just because you’re having a normal human reaction. As long as you’re returning to the state of the wish fulfilled more times that the state of lack, then the state of the wish fulfilled will become your natural state, which is what we are trying to achieve.

With all that being said, you have and will forever have the power to manifest. Manifesting is not some magical voodoo superpower, it is part of life, but it just isn’t common knowledge. You are someone who has this knowledge, you know that your assumptions create, so please do not hold yourself back. There are no limits. If you really want what you desire you will discipline yourself and put in the effort. This is all about you, you create the rules and you create your reality. if simply “knowing” you have your desire ACTUALLY fulfills you, THEN DO IT!

if robotically/mindlessly affirming ACTUALLY fulfills you, THEN DO IT!

if just affirming once and going about the rest of your day ACTUALLY fulfills you, THEN DO IT!

if sitting down and meditating for 10 minutes ACTUALLY fulfills you, THEN DO IT!

if listening to your subliminal playlist a few times a day ACTUALLY fulfills you, THEN DO IT!

hell, if eating a peach and saying "DINKLEBERG!!!" every morning ACTUALLY fulfills you, THEN DO IT!

the successful bloggers and anons on this platform that manifested their dream lives or "big" desires made their own rules, did methods that made them feel fulfilled, and persisted until they succeeded. if you look at all the success stories, there is not a SINGLE ONE that did the EXACT SAME THING to get into the state of the wish fulfilled. Some affirmed mindlessly/robotically, some simply got into the state of knowing, and others used affirmation tapes, subliminals, music, meditation, inner convos, etc.

long story short, cater the law to what feels right for YOU. remember that intention and belief are the ONLY things that matter at the end of the day. find what makes you feel good, mold personal rules and beliefs, stand firm, and persist until you succeed!!!

“what you assume to be true is true” - the literal basis of the law of assumption

All you have to do is decide

  • You’re not your body, not your emotions nor your identity, instead you are a limitless god, you exist beyond the external, you decide who you are.
  • Once you decide you have/experience your desire, nothing or no one can take it away from you nor can anything prevent you from experiencing it.
  • Your internal experience defines your external experience, what you decide to experience internally, you also experience externally.
  • You’re not a victim of your external experience, you define the external, not the other way around.

No need for 10k affirmations, no need for all these techniques, no need to try to feel positive or a certain way all the time.

That’s literally it. Just deciding.

WAYS TO MANIFEST

DISCLAIMER
there's nothing like 'the better method' or 'the most powerful method' as all of them are equally powerful & all of them work for everyone !

Subliminals -

are audios with hidden affirmations about one or more topics. Those affirmations can be heard by our subconcious mind, even if the volume of the affirmations is very low.

Affirming -

You choose one or more affirmations ( Example : I have perfect and clear skin ) and either repeat it at least once a day or as much as you want to.

SATS / Lullaby Method -

in short : lay down on your bed, wait until you feel sleepy, affirm one or more affirmations until you fall asleep & wake up with whatever you affirmed for !

Scripting -

Write down ( be it on paper or on your phone ) some affirmations.

Moodboard / Pinterest Board -

Create a collage or Pinterest Board with pictures of something you desire. It can be multiple pictures of the same thing, it really doesn't matter how you create it.

Visualization -

You create a mental image of your desire in your head. Most people close their eyes & imagine themselves having their desires.

Diary Method -

You tell your diary that you already have what you desire. You can write it down on either a notebook, diary or in your notes app on your phone.

Example : "Dear Diary, today I woke up, looked in the mirror and saw that my skin is completely free of pimples ! I touched it and it was as soft as if I was touching feather oMGG"

Self Concept -

Letter Method -

You write either yourself or your desired person a letter. Similar to the diary method.

[ "Hi ( your SP's Name ), I'm so happy that you confessed your love to me ! I actually feel the same..." or "OMG ( your Name ), how can someone be as pretty as you ?? You're so gorgeous that I even feel shy talking to you & here I am, writing a letter for you hehe" ]

The Void state -

Subway Surfers Method -

You basically choose 1 affirmation, choose a subliminal about the topic of your affirmation & play subway surfers while repeating that affirmation AND listening to the subliminal.

Believing that you're a master Manifestor -

Simply believe that you can manifest anything you want ! You can achieve that with affirming ( "I know that I can instantly manifest anything I want" )

Shifting

It means entering a new reality where everything is how you want it to be. There are different methods to enter your DR [ desired reality ], you can use one of the mentioned one's in this post !

Before you start to shift, I recommend writing a script. Write everything that you want to happen in that script, be it how you or the people around you look like, where you live, your age, literally EVERYTHING, just to make sure sure where exactly you want to shift to !

Pillow Method

Write your affirmations on a piece of paper and put it under your pillow, then sleep on it. You can imagine the affirmations entering your subconcious. Then you'll manifest what you've written down !

Charging your water

Grab a random glass, fill it with water and play your favorite subliminal next to it or speak your affirmations above the glass. When you're done with either playing the sub/affirming, drink that glass of water.

Mirror work

3-6-9 Method

Write the SUBJECT 3 times

Write down your BASIC AFFIRMATION 6 times

Write down sentences AS IF YOUR GOAL HAS BEEN ACHIEVED 9 times

Example :

Acting like you already have everything

As the name of the method says, act as if you already have your desire. Fake it 'til you make it.

Self Hypnosis

3×33 , 4×44, 6×66 ( and so on )

Let's say you picked 3x33.

Write 1 Affirmation 33 times down on a piece of paper. You have to do this in 3 days, so basically the day you started it + the 2 following days.

Example :

Day 1, 2, 3 : I have flawless skin. ( write it down x 33 )

Internal Dialogues

Talk to yourself about how you have your desire.

Example : * you're brushing your hair *

Wow, my hair is so freaking long and soft. I don't need to cut it because even the ends are literally healthy & perfect.

The Vogue's Beauty Secrets Method

You might know those videos on the YouTube channel of VOGUE where celebrities are in their bathroom and share their skin care routine/make up tips.

Example : My skin is already clear, so I don't really need to wash it, but I'll do it anyways to have clear clear skin. Nahh, today I won't wear make up because my face is already flawless. Oh btw ! Storytime, so yesterday I was at Kim K's Party and I met Angelina Jolie there and she offered me to work with her as her fellow actress WOWWW

Shower Method

[ TO MANIFEST YOUR IDEAL APPEARANCE ]

While showering, imagine how the water will give you your ideal appearance ! Imagine how each water drop changed your physical appearance and shape it to your ideals.

[ FOR SHIFTING ]

Shower like you normally do & once you leave the bathroom, imagine you've already shifted to your desired reality.

The 2 Cup Method

Visual Wallpapers

Visual wallpapers are pictures with hidden affirmations in there. The affirmations were written with a low opacity, since we shouldn't see it but our subconscious will ! Don't look for the affirmations and let the affirmations sink into you !! All you have to do is to put it as your wallpaper ( can be anywhere ) and one quick glance is absolutely fine. You don't need to stare at it for hours in order to get results, just one glance is okay ! What's great about these is that you will probably forget that you have it as your wallpaper, which will help you with detachment and will stop you from obsessing over results. So, visual wallpapers are something like subliminals but in a picture format.

<3 method

draw a heart or <3 on your hand/wrist/finger/body part that you frequently see and every time you look at it, tell yourself : I am a master manifestor and I have everything that I want. Everything works out in my favor.
