ok while trying to look deeper into google chats my computer blackscreened maybe this is a creepypasta
I somehow got into an old google hangouts account for .1 seconds before instantly getting kicked out and I'm so confused
like these are all sent FROM me. to many different people. i dont know why i would ever do this unless make it was a setup to somekind of joke i wanted to try on all my friends
but NO ONE replying is weird. i think i would remember if suddenly one day in 2016 all my friends stopped talking to me. so if i really did send this to everyone they must have answered? and if they did then i must have replied too? so why does it make it look like this was the last message i ever sent to everyone in the world
if i even did send it to begin with because i have no memory of this at all. im just trying to find a logical explanation here. its all on the same day. maybe for whatever reason the "last" thing being shown is the first thing that /i/ sent on that day. since its defunct it doesnt show the subsequent messages from the other accounts? what gets me is that the last one is DIFFERENT for some reason so this isnt just repeats? this was different chats???
it doesnt even show the other accounts so idk who i even sent this to. assuming i did and this isnt some ghost haunting a defunct chat service

The truth is I remember every piece of oc art anyone's ever made and I remember all the nice asks and things people have said in tags, they're all always in the back of my mind when I work on oc stuff. because I remember what people said and did and liked and even criticized, because that in of itself shows care and it's a kindness. and even though most people won't care about some random persons ocs, I know that there are some people out there who do, because I can remember that time years ago someone really put energy into making their own art of them which I still have saved, or taking the time out of their day to ask a question or add nice tags. it helps me to lose passion for what I'm doing. And I hope soon I will have finished this long project and drawn them all and I know that I wouldn't have been able to do that without this support thank you everyone I love you 💖
when i was a child my dad made up a fake holiday called big sandwich night the weekend after thanksgiving, during which we got the longest bread we could find and built a big sandwich together and then cut it up and ate it. we got really fancy ingredients and each built our own section of sandwich before cutting it. building the sandwich together represents community or teamwork or something. and then we would put our christmas tree up and the holiday season was officially kicked off with big sandwich night.
i grew up believing this was a real holiday that americans everywhere celebrated until when i was like 8 i asked a friend if they were excited for big sandwich night and they were like what the hell are you talking about riley. kind of shattered my worldview. but we still celebrate it and ive spread the tradition to friends and partners.

funniest language thing in modern greek is that the word for baby/infant is “moro” which literally means “idiot.” like someone looked at a baby 1000 years ago and was like “this guy doesnt know shit.”
just to be clear it meant idiot BEFORE it meant baby so like, this wasnt an insult born out of comparing people to babies, it really was people looking at babies and thinking “i dont think theres a better word to describe these things than “moron”” (which “moro” is the root word for)

“moro mou” (my baby) is an affectionate nickname for a partner in greek, the same way “baby/babe” is in english. however this does mean that you are ostensibly calling your partner “my moron <3”

first of all im all for blorbo tagging, especially with greek characters and headcanons! love that shit! go nuts! buuuut just in case anyone actually intends to use this in writing: SAYING "MORO MOU" IS NOT THE SAME AS ACTUALLY CALLING YOUR PARTNER A MORON!
when you use it in that context it really does just mean "babe/baby," no one who uses it would actively be thinking about how the old etymology would mean it technically means moron. that's more of just a funny fact. like, when we call our partners baby in english, we're not thinking about how it can also mean someone who's overly sensitive.
no one in modern greek really says moro to mean dumb anymore. its sort of clunky and weird to say. youre more likely to say "hazo" (stupid) or ilithio (idiot). which are also mean, like, dont call your partner that!
however, if you are writing a greek speaking character and want an alternative, i simply must introduce you to "re" (pronounced like "reh" not "ree") ill explain under the cut

I think with my OCs I've talked about how the ones who were raised in the guild since very young ages (like, babies and toddlers) pretty much see each other as siblings, especially those who are close in age, since they were raised together. The strength of applying the "sibling" label varies, since the guild itself is family more in the communal sense rather than the literal "nuclear family roles" sense. At times labels like "granny" for Venus are moreso shorthand for that sort of dynamic. But that being said there are absolutely characters that do see each other as literal siblings, regardless of blood relation, and this isnt something I want overlooked- I feel like I have mostly talked about this in regards to Saiph Mira and Felis, but I wanna ramble about ALL of the characters in this specific group of Kids Raised In The Guild.... So if anyone cares I'm doing it now.
