people’s insistence to make lesbian identity all about men when lesbianism explicitly excludes men in every way is tiring and annoying. like, people really cannot fathom that there are women for whom men are just not a factor when it comes to their sexuality. it blows their mind. they can’t wrap their heads around the fact that lesbianism is not a reaction to men, or a result of something men do, or, in fact, has anything to do with men at all.

lesbians are lesbians because we love, have sex with and want to partner with women only. that’s literally all there fucking is to it. men do not enter in the equation at all. write that down.
