The player character of Alex Chen is able to psychically understand the emotional states of others throughout Life Is Strange: True Colors, and in some cases even takes on those emotions into herself. This even extends to some items that possess a great deal of emotional attachment to them. However, in addition to providing a great deal of context to the world and its various inhabitants, this also serves as a useful method of expanding on Alex’s character by giving her opportunities to express her own emotional state when trying to come to terms with how other’s see her, how they’ve been impacted by recent events since her arrival, or even how she herself is absorbing and addressing the trauma of her past and present. By using other people’s emotions as the lens, the player is able to more deeply connect to Alex Chen’s emotional state as well.

We would like to apologise for the extended delay of the patch for Life is Strange: Before the Storm Remastered on PlayStation due to unique and unforeseen complications.

We wanted to share that we now have a build ready for testing once testing is possible again in the first week of the new year. Once again, we apologise for the continued delay.
