You still have time...

@lifeisshortletsenjoy

Yes, old is gold

Under the sunlight,

I feel the warmth of you holding me.

And I remember all those words that you said.

As I recollect all the moments that we spent together,

Here cames the twilight inviting the moon.

Under the moonlight, though I know that I have to sleep now,

I lay down on my bed with my pillow,

seeing the stars blinking at me.

As I try to count the distance between us now,

I make every effort to hold back my silent tears.

Yet once again I lose once again.

I miss you, miss, those old and golden days and I miss myself.

Love you to the infinite times of to the moon and back.

I do occasionally ponder the question, "Do I have more time to accomplish everything I want to and correct the mistakes I made?" At times I ley down on my bed and think to myself, "What if I don't have a tomorrow?" Is it really up to our fate, and if so, what use do we serve besides dancing to the movements of the string connected to us by the one who initiates those motions, like puppets in a show?

“But who can say what’s best? That’s why you need to grab whatever chance you have of happiness where you find it, and not worry about other people too much. My experience tells me that we get no more than two or three such chances in a life time, and if we let them go, we regret it for the rest of our lives.”

Haruki Murakami, Norwegian Wood

“Most of us are gifted with the ability to see the monsters hidden within another, but are unable to see past them. It takes a special kind of person to see the light inside of every living being.”

Lynette Simeone

“In this world, there are things you can only do alone, and things you can only do with somebody else. It’s important to combine the two in just the right amount.”

Haruki Murakami, After Dark
