‘waiting for you’ was a lost oingo boingo song that was written around the time of good for your soul (1983) and was one of the only unreleased songs of that time that had multitrack mixing like it was raring to go. i have no clue why this didn’t make it to the final album but it’s a total bop and gfys is my favorite oingo boingo album which is why i bought on vinyl. they probably just couldn’t fit it onto the 12″ LP
i was really sad that this lost song’s quality was garbage (but it’s expected) so i took it up myself to remaster it and patch up the muffled frequency to the best of my ability. this was my source for comparison. i reduced the noise in audacity, imported a few copies of the track into fl studio, played with fruity parametric eq 2, filled in the absent 10kHz treble, and made it more stereophonic. now you can play it on your surround sound speakers without gagging! yay

The queen with the unicorn has a darker/cavelike background. Also stonework and jewelry. Dragons live in her kingdom of stone. They’re a rich country and forge armor and weapons. The princess with the dragon gifted her a unicorn. Her kingdom is rich in farmland and forests, and has a world renowned school of medicine. The beasties they sent each other are promises of engagement.
