I’ve been meaning to post Lailvarez despite my bad mood all day so:
Laila comes home from her last final exhausted. Normally so put together, today her hair is falling out of her messy bun and she’s pretty sure the bags under her eyes look like they were tatooed there. She kicks her boots off and basically glides face first onto the bed.
Alvarez laughs while trailing her hand through her hair. “Rough day, baby?”
“You have no idea,” comes the muffled reply into the pillow.
She hears Sara huff out a laugh and hears rustling.
“Since I knew you would say that…”
Laila looks up and sees a small golden bear toy holding a pillow that says “You’re Beary Sweet” on it.
Any other day, Laila would crack up at the sight, but today, the fact that her girlfriend thought to do this for her made her almost tear up. Instead of being embarrassing and doing that though, she tackles Sara to the bed and assaults her face with kisses.
“Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!”
Sara laughs. “If I thought it would get this response, I’d buy you a bear every day.”
Laila grins and ignores that. “I love you.”
“I love you too,” Sara said, rubbing their noses together before pulling Laila in for a kiss.
They last three minutes before hearing a door open to Jeremy’s horrified voice exclaim, “In front of Mr. Bear???”

happy valentines day here are some renison headcanons that are not specifically about valentines day but they are about Love so it’s all good
- renee braids allison’s hair before bed. she did it before they were dating but now it’s accompanied by little kisses on the back of allison’s neck
- neither of them really wear each other’s clothes because they have completely different styles, but allison sleeps in renee’s t-shirts and renee goes out in allison’s team jacket all the time
- allison loves bringing renee to fancy functions. partially bc she loves getting to see renee all dressed up and also bc her family would totally not approve
- (renee is also into it, not least because allison looks extra hot in formal wear)
- dan lowkey knew art them all along, but the fact that renison is a Thing is confirmed when she goes to hug renee and gets a whiff of allison’s perfume
- allison’s convertible has touches of renee in it, like a few cds of the epic music she’s canonically into, even though that’s not allison’s thing at all
- hair days are basically dates for them. when they sit and bleach and renee changes the colors of her ends are some of the best moments they have bc its just them and they’re together
- alllison gives up the acrylic nails :))
- and i guess can’t make a valentines post without actually mentioning valentines day so:
- allison has flowers delivered to renee while she’s in class and the way renee blushes is ridiculously cute
- and they enjoy half priced chocolate together the day after bc that’s way more fun tbh
