We just got back from the vet. It’s kind of bad news.

We thought the biggest thing would be “oh he’s too fat, we’ll need to put him on a diet!” While he is one fat little jerk, all 15lbs of him, that’s not the primary concern.

Peetie has an autoimmune disease that is causing his body to reject his back teeth. His gums are like, the same color as my avatar, bright red. He needs surgery. All his molars (13 in total) need to be removed. He’s in terrible pain, so says the vet, although it doesn’t affect his eating. 

The surgery will cost around $1,200

Since the surgery is around my birthday, I’ll have to give up some things I had planned to celebrate. It’s no big deal. I love this little shit with all my heart. I’d do anything for him.

It is important that anybody new to vocaloid or even veteran fans understand something VERY important:

Miku is an instrument, a tool, a program. A song cannot be "by" Hatsune Miku. By saying this you are refusing to credit the talented producer who made that song. Miku and any other vocaloid singer is a guest singer technically. If you're going to formally address a song, format it like this:

Rolling Girl by Wowaka ft. Hatsune Miku.

Specifically using Rolling Girl as an example because the producer, Wowaka, stopped making music with vocaloid because he wasn't being credited for his work. Nobody recognized his music as HIS music. It was all "Miku's music".

So please, if you plan on saying who the song is by, do not say the song was by Miku or Rin or whoever is singing, take the few seconds it takes to look up the song's producer and give them the credit they deserve.

hey since the lesbian pride flag is getting all these remakes can we get some attempts at the polyamorous flag ain’t nothin wrong with the creator to my knowledge, it’s just not the best designed imo and it feels weird to put it next to all my other pretty flags. here’s my lazy attempt: 

same color meanings as the current one - blue for openness and honesty, red for love and passion, gold for the value we place on relationships. the original black(for the unity between these) is now on the symbol in the corner, alongside a new color, white, to represent respect and boundaries. the symbol in the corner is the infinity heart, which is already a symbol of polyamority(even appearing on the wikipedia page). and of course the swirling pattern is an abstract representation of holding hands or what have you. again, far as i know there’s nothing necessarily wrong with the current one, it just tends to look very out of place.
