I know I reblog a lot of pictures or videos of cats being outside because they're being so darn cute but I do not advocate for cats being given free range outside. please please please PLEASE keep your cats indoor only. it keeps them safe and it keeps your local wildlife safe. cats outside fight each other. they get hit by cars. a few weeks ago I found a dead cat in the middle of the road. it was incredibly upsetting. I dont know whether or not animal control was able to contact the cat's owners. they might still be wondering when their cat is coming home. it never will. outside is not a safe place for domesticated cats. don't let your cat get killed in the street. keep it inside where it's safe. you can explore other ways for your cat to get outside time.

also sometimes I reblog pictures or videos in which a questionable or possibly ill-advised interaction with different animals or humans is taking place but (though said videos are happy and cute and everything is fine in that situation) I highly recommend research on how well different animals interact with each other before having them interact and supervising the interactions and taking the proper precautions when necessary
