Article basically says that s2 will be greenlit if s1 blows up on Netflix when it drops there on May 31st.

To those who've already watched it and have Netflix, watch it again! To those who haven't, here's your chance, and spread the word! This show is incredible and unlike any other western animated show out there and it'd be a shame if it became yet another victim of corporate write-offs. Let's give Scavengers Reign a second chance at life!

Saturn: King of Ages

Avatar

There is many rumours amongst mortals about the Titan King that he would like to make clear.

For one, Saturn did not castrate his own father, it is but a metaphor. With his nightly scythe Lua, Saturn reaped the nitrogen from the heavens and sowed it into the fertile Earth

Some say The Titan king was a terrible tyrant. Saturn ruled over the Golden Age of Men, under his rule he saw all mortals as equal under him. He brought the abundance of the Earth and how to harvest it. A terrific tyrant and joyous god, the world has surely been on decline since his son took the throne.

There is story that Saturn is now locked up beneath the Earth in Tartarus and his days are numbered. Pure myth, defunct gods don't get planets and days blessed with their name. Despite the god's best efforts Saturn rests but is never truely trapped, he walks free amoungst mortal men on Saturnalia.

There is of course, the whisper that Saturn is a cannibal god. A god who has done so much for humanity is deserving of the highest offering we could give, ourselves. Gods and men are not equal, like any shepherd Saturn take good care of his flock and he is entitled to his lambs.

Then there’s the business of the rumour that he devoured his own children. That’s family business, not for you to speak about.
