U should get out of the same depressive thought patterns u go thru every day. Getting in environments & listening to songs that trigger the same ruminating thoughts is hurting you.
Instead of cycling around the same hopelessness: feel the breath in your chest, push yourself out your comfort zone, get better at something, take risks, roll the windows down and blast j.cole (personal favorite therapy).
