🍁 my autumn rules 🍁

DISCLAIMER: these rules are just for me! i’m not pro anything! if you want to use these, feel free to <3

🍂don’t eat over 800 calories a day

🍂once a week, you may eat up to 1500 calories to boost metabolism

🍂skip breakfast and lunch on school days, only have lunch and dinner on weekends!

🍂drink lots of tea and no coffee (unless you’ve already eaten!)

🍂stay away from diet drinks

🍂exercise 30 minutes every day, and once a week do an hour

🍂fast once a week

🍂drink lots of water! (8 glasses per day)

🍂chew everything 20 times (or more)

random things to do when hungry 🍵🦋

  • make a spotify playlist inspired by a person or feeling and search through tumblr for the perfect playlist cover
  • go through your memory box
  • or if you don’t have one, make one
  • go through all of your drawers and get rid of the things you dont need or want
  • put on rock music and pretend you’re emo and make a really dark drawing
  • color or paint something you own, like shoes or shorts, etc.
  • listen to music late at night and pretend you’re preforming a concert in your mind
  • go on boredbutton.com
  • print out aesthetically pleasing pics from tumblr (or thinspo) and start a collage on your wall
  • try making a drawing without lifting up your pencil
  • try drawing something with your eyes closed
  • pick a random word, the first one that comes to mind, and write it down. keep writing down words that come to mind. (ex: sun, yellow, banana, monkey, tropics)
  • cut an old tshirt into a crop top
  • if you have a dog, put a handful of food on the ground and while he/she eats it go run and hide someplace and wait for them to find you. might take a day or two for them to learn but its so fun!
  • make your pet some treats!!
  • eat ice with your dog (really random i know but ive been doing it since i was 5)
  • take a bath/shower with your pet
  • collect lines from a bunch of songs and put it together to create a song
  • choreograph and memorize a dance to your favorite song. whenever your hungry, keep working on memorizing all the steps!
  • watch coraline because its a really good fucking movie and none of you can convince me otherwise
  • show your pet themselves in the mirror and try to get them to understand that that is them (almost impossible, they think they are another animal)
  • prank call your friends or random places. maybe call in sick at a place you dont work!
