I’m seeing some criticism of Earthspark’s writing this season and I’m getting really tired of defending animated shows at this point.
There’s a writer’s strike going on right now.
The animation guild is not allowed to strike until their contract expires.
What television and film writers are experiencing is the same as what animation writers are experiencing.
Why is this so hard for people to get???????
If a show seems like it was rushed or if the pacing seems off, it’s probably because they were rushed by the studio which threw off the pacing.
Instead of screaming “bad writers”, start screaming “bad studios”! If you guys supported writers more you would see a drastic improvement in pacing and writing.
