Please meet my special visitor. This kitty popped up on my porch last Monday full of burrs and a tick on their neck. I removed the tick and the burrs and now we are Friends. I’m very into kitty’s dramatic eyeshadow which turns out not to be bald spots, just permanent pizzazz of the misfits makeup.
Kitty is soft and sweet and friendly and runs to greet me every morning and every evening. We have food and hang out.
June is not just Pride Month, but Onyx Month, when I first met my beloved cat as a dirty, tangled, matted, flea-ridden stray in 2019. It is still surreal to look at these photos from that time and see how rough they looked.
Their Majesty The Beautiful Onyx is doing very well now.
HAVE THE BEST PRIDE MONTH!
Happy Pride to the Aces!
I have wanted another piece of your work for years (I've had my lace magpie necklace for years and years and adore it) and today I finally got to say I AM GETTING ONE OF THESE.
I have adopted arcade carpet cat! 🌈
people who try to "remind" you of your favorite characters' horrible actions make me laugh. "Let's not forget they did this and that" yeah I haven't forgotten, I'm just too busy putting him in a cute outfit
川上 貞奴 “Japanese Ophelia” Sadayakko a.k.a. Sada Yacco (1871-1946)
Born in Tokyo as Sada Koyama, Sadayakko was trained as a geisha and came to the attention of the prominent Japanese politician Itō Hirobumi, who took an interest in furthering her education.
Sadayakko performed in the company her husband founded, The Kawakami Theatre, when it was considered improper for women to perform on stage with men. In 1899, the troupe toured America and Europe, and became the first Japanese theater company to be seen in the west. Performances were held in San Francisco, and New York City in the United States, as well as at the 1900 Exposition Universelle in Paris (with theatrical lighting there done by Loie Fuller) and several other European cities. The exquisite and elegant braided hair of the Caryatids. 421-406 BC. Erechtheion/Acropolis of Athens, Greece.
Omg SOOOOO
I reread RESWAN and had to redraw this for @ladyyatexel ! Added a few new details and changed some things, but man have I improved.
Nny’s identity struggle is 100% relatable. I mean, other than the murder part, just struggling to figure out what part of you that you want to become. Having voices telling you to be one person, or the next. Having to fight all of that to get your true self despite having other clearly defined personalities.
It’s such a good story and I seriously implore you to read it, Jthm fan or not!!!!
Awwww! This is so sweet, thank you!
I love that you wanted to revisit the story AND your art for it. I especially love the shading on the new faces in particular, that looks great. Color choices are harmonizing so much better now too! And Edgar looks like such a Guy?? I cannot form a better sentence about it I just keep looking at him and being like that is a dude right there. Like I know his face or something? He's got some real huggable dude energy.
Adding stars and eyeliner decoration to Johnny always a good choice, can't go wrong with that.
This is so fun to see, thank you so much for sharing your personal engagement and creative feelings about story like this! I love when this story makes other people make things and have gender feelings. The best possible combo, I think.
We have a ton of new stuff dropping in our Pride Collection! The team decided we'd give all our tips for June to The Trevor Project! We have raised money for them before, let's see if we can beat our record this year! If you make a purchase, consider leaving a few bucks for a great cause.
From the bottom of my queer little heart, thank you ALL for supporting this teeny tiny indie business. You guys help me pay my admins, artist, and rent.
whothehellissalena on tiktok 30.5.2023 I’m talking way too much about @Käärijä , but it’s a fact. I’m a fan as well. But there are so many other great songs, I’ve been listening to🫣❤️
Jeretoniinia
Jeretoniinia? No perkele, kyllä täältä pesee:
Jeretoniini (subsantiivi) [ˈjereˈtoni:ni]
Mielihyvää tuottava kemikaali, joka virtaa aivoissa, kun ajattelee vantaalaista räp-artistia Jere Pöyhöstä eli Käärijää esimerkiksi katsomalla kuvia ja videoita, joissa hän hymyilee tai nauraa. Jeretoniinia voi saada myös kuuntelemalla Käärijää. (Liittyviä sanoja: Kts. Käärityt aivot.)
Esimerkit:
"Mul on puutetila Jeretoniinist."
"Mielenkiintona Jeretoniini, ja Tumblr."
(Alla joitain mun screenshotteja, jotka voisivat antaa Jeretoniinia)
Ja lopetan tämän postauksen kaupallisiin tiedotteisiin: Jerenix, on Jeretoniini...
