It is within this transitional time, and after a very intense karmic releasing Full Moon in Scorpio, that we welcome now a fresh New Moon at 4 degrees of Gemini. This is a New Moon not just to focus on new beginnings but for us to go deeper into how we communicate, with ourselves, with our loved ones and with the Illuminated Realms of Love where our souls dwell and from where our main guidance comes.
The Twins, ruled the element Air, our mental plane, forever changing as its mutable nature indicates, always finding new ways to communicate and express its truth in everything he creates, and this is what we are invited to do at this time, to master our thoughts and descend them into the tangible, for all we build in our minds is already existing in a different dimension, in a different texture of our human destiny.
Mercury, the ruler of Gemini, will sextile Neptune, bringing unification between our mental plane and our spiritual one, transmitting our thoughts and feelings only when they arise from a place of clarity and love. This is also an opportunity for those who are ready to communicate in new ways, rather than using physical interactions, for telepathic communication between many other ways, is the way the cosmos and its many beings have to interact with us, making of this time a perfect opportunity to open ourselves to receive what will empower and help us in our journey, from those who have already walked this path of conscious co-creation and unification.
Gemini represents our silver and golden (feminine and masculine) aspects, and like them, who embrace each other in a balanced and rhythmical dance of Love and Oneness, we are also being invited to synthesize both aspects of us - responsible for the way we create, give and receive abundance in all its forms.
As we also have Mercury in earthly Taurus, it is a confirmation for us to bring into manifestation all the visions and new ideas we have about our new lives. Remember, beloveds, we are here to master the art of bringing into form what is first created in the energetic and hence non-physical worlds, and it is only as humans that we can do so. As we not only have the sun and the moon in Gemini but also Mars, we have extra energy to deprogram ourselves from self-imposed beliefs and repetitive patterns - beginning to clear our mental and emotional plane of all The Old we still are reticent to let go.
Are you still clearing yourself from emotional debris, disempowering thoughts and old selves that are still trying to control the empowered person you have become? If so, here it is a cosmic gift with this New Moon and even more with the energies from the last Scorpion Full Moon that are still bathing us, for you to work on DNA reconnection and soul integration.
Gemini being an air and mutable sign, is mental, intellectual and practical, but at the same time likes to play and socialize, so it is essential to take advantage of this joyful and soothing New Moon, especially after such an intense Scorpion releasing Moon, and embody Gemini’s vitality. For this is also a time to be in joy, in love, and to see everything and everyone within Divine Love as well, as like the Twins, we are always embracing each other in an eternal embrace of oneness.
As Gemini rules communication, we are also called to observe the way we talk to ourselves and others. Do we speak to ourselves and others from a place of respect and kindness? Or do we still do so from a place of attachment and neediness to obtain something in return? In the majority of the relationships, people still wait for something in return, if they behave with love, as if love demands anything back. Other times, we talk and treat ourselves negatively and even though we expect the macro, what we think is outside of us, but that is nothing but an external representation of the micro within, so respond differently.
Our human self fears unconditional love. It is afraid of being fully open to everything and everyone because it feels vulnerable in the freedom that true love practices, as in this New Era we do not do anything for others anymore, if it is not aligned with our Soul path, neither do we force them in the old ways to do anything for us too. On the contrary, we both give, receive and create as equals, for we no longer foment the old sense of separation or neediness that we used to hold when we navigated through lower dimensions.
There are a lot of people who are eager to have a higher connection to other beings within the Universe. They do not realize that the first and most important communication is the one we have with our own Unified Selves, for all these beings we are so eager to contact with, all the outer guidance we desire to receive, it is all coming from our Unified Self, in form of past, present or future parallel selves experiencing another reality within Creation. In truth, some people tend to worship external gods, but when they will finally worship their inner one?
During this New Moon, we are going to have the opportunity to receive higher aspects of the Truth, as the Moon semi-square to Pallas and Venus, both conjunct in Aries. Cosmic transmissions will flow, at this New Moon time, what is important is how we use this guidance, one that does not have to come from an outside source, for inner knowing is most of the times the best guidance, as it is information, and hence, power. Do we use it to share the love with others? Or do we use it to manipulate them? The choice is always yours, and every choice is highly respected, for there are no judgments within Creation, as the Universe knows that all serves us to grow and expand.
It is information precisely what brings awareness and freedom - releasement from our old self - but we have to be very careful and discern from where this guidance comes from, before bringing our thoughts into the tangible, for not everything that it is said to be true is so, this is why only through inner knowing which can only be achieved in a profound state of deep communion with our soul, is that we could distinguish, especially at his transitional time in which we are being bombarded with channelings and many half-truths, where we put our attention/intention and inner force, for depending of the use you make of it, it creates, destroy or gives others the power to control you.
This New Moon is a gift for us to establish a higher form of communion and interaction with the aspect of us that is our main Fountain of Wisdom and that we, sometimes, leave aside due to the many false preconceptions and idealizations of other beings, believing they are more than we are just because they have walked our path before.
It is said that this New Moon has no major celestial aspects but we all know that nothing is minor within the Universe, for all is equally important and affects the whole. This is why we have this expansive New Moon in Gemini conjunct fixed stars. The Hyades - a group of six stars within the Taurus Constellation - and Mirfak, a messenger star who is said to bring a higher form of communication and guidance from the macro that represents us.
The Hyades, the so called Rainy Stars, for it is said they warned the sailors of coming storms, are associated with the element Water, as they were also related in ancient times with tears and negativity. As I always say, the nature of these fixed stars - as well as their essence - just Is. It is our human mind that needs to constantly label what can only be felt. Nothing within this wise and loving universe is related to tears or joy or anything in particular, for all is Divine Love, in motion, expanding within an already infinite Universe.
This New Moon is indeed a cosmic gift for us to remember from where true guidance and authentic communication comes from. Creative connections only occur when we consciously co-create with our Unified Self as well as with other selves who are assisting us in our journey, starting from maintaining a healthy communication with ourselves, which is what will empower us to aligned with the universal creative flow - enabling us to manifest and expand ourselves from a unified space instead of one of separation.

The energy is really pounding right now and the Schumann Resonance is hitting a new high… a whopping 120!
For those whose bodies thrive on these higher frequencies – it becomes a time of action. A time of creation. Ideas come flooding in. If this is you, be sure to write down what you receive and make a plan to do. For others this new high can be quite brutal. Insomnia, exhaustion, headaches, feeling foggy & spacey. Some feel deep joint aches as well.
I compare it to altitude sickness, the body hasn’t quite adjusted to your new location so it gets dizzy, confused, tired, irritable and sore. Headaches can be massive. It becomes dehydrated and loses essential minerals as it struggles to acclimate. The only cure is time, water, and replenishing essential minerals (salt (sea or Himalayan), magnesium, potassium even vitamin C & D).
The biggest issue many have with these intense frequency upgrades is the inability to stay grounded. If you are not fully in your body, you could roll in mud and still not be grounded. Take a moment and plant yourself firmly in your body. Close your eyes and say “I ground myself fully into my body now, from my head to my toes.” then bring your consciousness down to the tip of your big toe, feel it. From this space you can then ground into the earth if that works best for you. I am finding I center much better by dropping into my heart space and feeling it swell with love and gratitude.
These energy spikes can also cause intense emotions to rise. Though uncomfortable, it’s a really good thing – we have to see what is not compatible in the higher frequencies. Once you see it, then it’s time to get to work healing, forgiving and reconciling whatever it is. Owning whatever it is within us, (the good, bad and the ugly) and loving ourselves in spite of it brings deeper levels of healing and letting go. Our deep, dark hidden parts will get louder and louder until we bring them to the light of love. Love is the only way to transform anything as it is who we are at our core… all else is simply part of the human experience. It is now time to go beyond and return to our natural state of being.
Hang in there, be gentle with yourself and others. We are all feeling this rise in resonance and not all handle it well. Understanding and compassion for self and others will go a long way. Sending you all love. <3

May’s Full Moon falls on the 10th/11th in the watery sign of Scorpio and holds extremely powerful and potent energy.
Scorpio energy is all about transformation and reaching higher levels of consciousness. In fact, Scorpio energy has the potential to reach Divine levels of consciousness, but at the same time, it also has the ability to reach extremely low levels of consciousness as well.
No matter where you fall on the “consciousness spectrum” it is likely that this Full Moon is going to leave a lasting impact. It is also likely that this Full Moon is going to help open your consciousness to a new level so you can see things in a different light.
May’s Full Moon is going to represent a turning point in the year and an opportunity to really embrace and accept any recent changes.
It is also going to bring about a powerful transformative shift that will really allow you to move forward.
In fact, after the energy of this Full Moon starts to fade, you may be feeling a greater sense of understanding of the road ahead. This is also due to the fact that both Mercury and Venus, which have recently been retrograde, are also going to start speeding up.
Things may feel a little uneasy leading up to the Full Moon as changes may be in the air, but the best way to manage this energy moving forward is remembering your personal power.
Very often we forget that we have a strength and a power within us. This power gives us the ability to step up and take responsibility over our lives no matter what troubles we find ourselves in.
The minute we give away our power, it becomes very difficult to deal with the situations that life throws our way. But, when we remember that we have infinite wisdom and potential within, it becomes much easier to navigate through murky times.

Full Moon’s usually symbolise a time of releasing and letting go, however the potency of this Scorpio Moon also makes it a great time to send your wishes into the cosmos.

Blessings Beloved Light Tribe ~
Our Light level took a jump this week as the May shift began. Gateway passages and unified Grid focus are consistent now, however unified focus during May 9 -11, and the very amplified passage of May 19-21 is requested. Creative energies return to us now, purified, renewed and ready to manifest the New. Use this Light, it aligns you with the Christed timelines.
Organic Timelines of Ascension
For clarity, here is a basic outline of Timeline dynamics for a planetary consciousness. While possibilities are infinite for an individual experience on a planet, we still work within the parameters of the Primary timelines for our creations and experiences here. Those parameters change as the planet raises in vibration, un-veiling grander opportunities already set in place. Future aspects along the same timeline leave surprises and revelations for us to discover. Timelines reflect the same structure as our torus fields, nested within each other like the planetary torus fields, Solar system, Galaxy, and Universes. See the Torus Fields video for clarity.
Timelines can look like spirals or the loops of a torus field light strand. When I received the 2017 Gateways back in December, the timeline split appeared like DNA spirals splitting apart from each other. A fine representation of how our DNA enables our ability to experience multiple dimensions and timelines simultaneously.
Primary Timelines
Primary planetary timelines are interdimensional; they transverse past, present, and future dimensional bandwidths. The overarching intention of a planetary timeline – such as the return of Christ consciousness – may span millions of years in multiple densities. Even if the planet drops in vibration, the primary timelines remain as a possibility.
Primary Christed Ascension timelines are now amplifying, gaining strength due to Lightworker activities, Gridworkers, Gatekeepers, the Solar and Cosmic stargate openings, and benevolent Higher realm involvement in the Universal rewrite.
By living in the present and embodying the future self – the Higher Self, Christed Self, Galactic Self, etc. (depending on your Soul’s intention) – you resonate with a Primary timeline which traverses dimensions. These higher timelines gain strength as the photonic rays activate remembering of the Ascension process.
True HUman DNA is stimulated in prepared bodies. Structures within the planet, set in place by Starseeds of the past, are awakened by Starseeds of the Now (often the same beings utilizing the Divine HUman genome.) The higher reality is felt and witnessed by the High Vibe Tribe; those who witness and interact with the higher dimensions.
Primary Timelines offer a pure experience of Ascension, and the pure intent of its Creators. They are organic timelines which traverse time-space constructs (toroidal fields). They are also interconnected to the path of other planets and galaxies, such as with our Solar system, neighboring star systems, and Andromeda.
Secondary Timelines
Secondary timelines serve the creative aspect of the collective experience, presenting several possibilities for how the Primary timelines may play out. They operate on vibrational bandwidths, like the Primary timelines, however they are more abundant.
Photonic frequencies create organic Divine order, which makes the higher vibrational experience of Ascension more accessible during the Shift in consciousness. During these Ascension windows, we are able to raise our vibration and align ourselves with a Divine experience of Self and creation. We create a vibrational match with a higher bandwidth version of Gaia (New Earth), and the higher trajectory of the future, or Primary timeline, by merging with our Higher Self through embodiment.
You may remember my experience of running into myself a few years ago. The possibility of Ascension, created in the future via the higher timeline which traverses multiple dimensions, allows the lower self to access a higher trajectory when engaging with the Ascension process. We jump timelines, resonating with a higher experience, via the Gateway of the Heart center, Divine Service, consistent alignment and by clearing our lower timeline experiences (karmic closure).
We have multiple secondary timelines complimenting our transition to 5D. This merciful phase allowed the collective to awaken and choose Love, Peace and unity consciousness over the past five years. For those matching the vibration of the Primary timelines, you have been experiencing the dimensional bleed-through of the higher version of Gaia already. That experience will overwhelm your lower reality as you release attachments of the old self template and embody the New Template of the Divine Self. Pay attention to the Gateways over the next few months, they hold grand opportunities for leveling up.
The major timeline split occurs between Primary and Secondary levels. When Gatekeepers recommend acceleration, it refers to vibrational acceleration. Speed, or vibrating faster, brings purification by utilizing Zero-Point dynamics. Acceleration brightens and lifts the collective experience to align with the higher future trajectory, which is less dense, less influenced by time dynamics. It feels fluid, like the pure liquid light sensation of the Christed experience.
Tertiary timelines
Tertiary timelines are the ones dropping away right now, since the massive influx of the Equinox passage took out all energetic support for synthetic timelines and lesser trajectories. Tertiary timelines are fueled by HUman fear, repeating the same behaviors, emotions and activities of the past (aided by looping programs and corrupted DNA sequences).
When we collectively awaken and actively choose a higher vibrational Primary timeline experience, Secondary timelines are shifted to compliment that collective reality, and tertiary timelines begin to dissolve. Gatekeepers and Gridworkers are able to remove these lower experiences, because we are unified with our Higher levels in acting in accordance with Cosmic Law and Divine Will.
Primary Timeline Engagement – Taking out the Old
Gatekeepers, Gridworkers and Lightworkers in active Service to Source aim to eliminate all which interferes with the organic Ascension experience by September, with consistent focus during the Gateways of May, June, July and the powerful Gateway of the August Solar eclipse (more on that soon). This is a major year, Beloveds. Stay diligent.
The behind-the-scenes activity has been busy. You may have noticed lightship activity increase a few weeks ago. Several beings were escorted off planet; either to be relocated or delivered to realms where they can no longer interfere with the Ascension of this planetary consciousness. Obviously we cannot remove all negative beings at this juncture, as some serve HUmanity’s self-empowerment journey. We can remove the programs and Ascension interference, however. Remember things are not always as they seem, all is done with patience and Divine neutrality.
It is not our task to judge these beings or programs, rather we utilize the power of Source-in-Carnate to bind away all of that interference from this planetary consciousness, HUmanity, kingdoms and elementals. This is done to assist at the Secondary timeline level, where most Lightworkers are resonating, to provide an organic experience of the current Light level. It is an act of Divine Will and must be commanded with that vibration, with a pure heart.
Amplifying the Organic Timeline Experience
A man wrote last week that he participated in the Unity Meditations and really felt like part of the Light Tribe. Please note: Light Tribe and High-Vibe Tribe are terms I created a few years ago to identify the collective resonating with these messages. I create a light-encoded container to hold the pure intent of these transmissions, from my greeting of Blessings Beloved Light Tribe to my signature, In Love, Light and Service, Sandra. I encode them to preserve the Divine intent of my service, since these articles are picked up by other websites (I don’t submit content to anyone).
During my activation in 1999, the messages guided me to find my Tribe. In my Mastery, I learned to magnetize Soul groups and Star family. Now we unify all beings of integrity devoted to peace, love, harmony and the Ascension as the Light Tribe. All that is required is participation, and that is part of the Gatekeeper’s credo: Unify and empower all beings pursuing unconditional Love, Christ Consciousness and the Ascension.
Primary Organic Timelines can be amplified – given more light – through our words, thoughts and deeds. As the timeline split progresses, the waiting game loses its grip on Lightworkers. We align ourselves with the New Earth/5D/Ascension timeline via a wireless unified transmission in the Unity meditations.

New mirrors are now available to walk with you the path of Freedom, Growth and Purpose.
As you evolve in life, different significant partners have come and will come to you to support you, teach you, mirror back to you what you need to See and Heal within yourself.
When you reach and settle at a new, significant, energetic stage on your personal path – as you’re doing right now – new, aligned mirrors come your way. Those vibrate at a similar frequency as you do. That’s why and recently, mirrors have started to shift for you.
At each important step of your sacred, golden path, new people and most importantly partners are rendered available to you so that you can grow, evolve and continue expanding your consciousness through the stimuli that relationships of any kind offer.
Some previous partnerships and Sacred Unions, as we have already said, can’t come with you for the rest of the ride – at least not now – simply because they haven’t evolved lately, in the past months and years, in that same tremendous, victorious, King and Queens amount as You Have.
Those are those people you felt truly drawn to until recently - that was because there was still more to learn and to heal there. In other words, you had to find your way out of the Karmic Dynamics.
When one of the partners of a given relationship grows enough to move past the codependency, abuser-abused, chaser-runner or whatever growth/triggers/healing dynamics that’s unfolding there – they become able to move away from the repetitive loop, and therefore from the relationship itself as the relationship was finding its roots, its way of being and functioning in that pattern, in the karma itself.
In that case, their “ex-mirror” therefore become a “normal” person for them, and the heaviness, the depth, the attraction and the almost unheatly draw (because even if the pull is intense the relationhip ultimately led to a feeling of incompleteness of the Self) fades.

Higher selves are right now working behind the scenes to land new connections, new Sacred Unions down the Earth.
New Mirrors are offered when the previous ones can’t Mirror Back to you anything that you haven’t healed or worked on yet.
New mirrors and contracts are presented when the previous ones have taught all they could, when lessons are learned, healed and the Karma is dissolved.
When two souls have nothing to learn anymore at a soul level together, the energetic bond dissolves in order to clear space for them both to find a new partner or teacher aligned with the Soul Class that they now desire to attend.
The Divine Feminine has recently learned to rise alone through difficult, karmic partnerships often times described as Twin Flames – while the Divine Masculine, meaning their counterparts have learned in the meantime to be honest, true to themselves, and to let the Feminine go if they can’t offer them what she needs, wants and deserves based on the depth, authenticity and inner power that she has developed.

by Body Mind Soul Spirit A Conversation with Sadhguru. Sadhguru: There is a certain geometry to the physical existence and to the energy existence. Everything in the universe, from the atomic to the cosmic, works the way it does because of geometric perfection. One of the most fundamental and the most stable forms in geometry is a triangle. In the human energy system, there are two equilateral triangles – an upward-pointing one below, and a downward-pointing one above. Normally, these two triangles meet just above the anahata. To work with your mind and imagination, it is important to adjust the alignment of the two triangles at least to some extent. The ideal alignment would be that the upward-pointing and the downward-pointing triangles intersect to such an extent that they form a perfect six-pointed star with six equilateral triangles on the outside. With the necessary alignment, you will be able to exercise your imagination in such a way that you can manifest what you want outside of you. To enhance the power of your imagination, you need to lift the upward-pointing triangle, which in terms of the geometry of the body is the foundation, to such an extent that it includes the vishuddhi, which is the basis of your imagination. There is sadhana to move it up and hold it there, all the time. If you do not have such sadhana, a simple way to achieve this is not to eat for a period of time. Generally, when the stomach is empty, the upward-pointing triangle tends to rise by itself. Once you eat, it descends again.
The Importance of Keeping the Chakras Mobile There are one hundred and fourteen chakras in the body. The seventy-two thousand nadis, or energy pathways in the system, have one hundred and fourteen significant junction points, where the nadis meet in substantial numbers and redistribute themselves. These points are generally known as chakras, which literally means “wheel” or “circle,” though they are actually triangles. We call them “chakras” because that suggests movement – moving forward. Out of these hundred and fourteen, two are outside of the physical realm. For most human beings, these two are very feeble, unless they put in the necessary sadhana. Out of the remaining one hundred and twelve chakras, a few are generally located in certain parts of the body, on a physiological level. The rest of the chakras could be moving to some extent. The way the chakras move depends on what you do with yourself. If you want to empower yourself to do different types of activities and to adjust to different type of situations, the pranic physiology or the chakra physiology of the body needs to be able to adjust accordingly. Doing the necessary work to keep the chakras mobile is important because the mobility of the chakras determines how flexible and effective you are in different types of situations, in order to meet different types of requirements. The problem with most human beings is in one situation, they function well. In another situation, they are a total mess. This is because they can only think, feel and act in a particular way. You should be able to do everything well, with a little practice. But this will not work if your energy system is rigid. So, keeping your system mobile is important, not just because we want to do different kinds of activities in the world. It also gives you a certain flexibility of experience, that you are comfortable in any kind of situation. To be at ease, your energies must be flexible. These hundred and twelve chakras can be used as hundred and twelve doorways to your ultimate nature. That is why Adiyogi gave one hundred and twelve ways to attain to the ultimate. To be able to move this complex triangular structure of your physiology the way you want it requires a different level of sadhana. But the most fundamental thing is that these two triangles should intersect. Normally, the upward-pointing triangle is below and the downward-pointing triangle is above. If you bring the two equilateral triangles to a point where they intersect in such a way that they form a star with six equilateral triangles, the system is in balance and becomes very receptive. My work is about presence and transmitting something, for which you need receptivity. My words are not going to enlighten you. I only say things to confuse you, because you cannot enlighten anyone by talking. It is the presence that has the power to transform. From Conclusions to Confusion to Consciousness Talking is a good tool only to destroy the idiotic conclusions that people have made. When conclusions are destroyed, confusion happens. Being joyfully confused about everything in the universe is a good state to be in. This means you are constantly paying attention to everything. Once you realize that you do not know a thing, you become receptive. If you have conclusions about everything, there is no possibility, no receptivity. If you have conclusions, you do not have to be attentive – you can go through life like you are dead. The more conclusions you have, the more rigor mortis there is in your mind and in your body as well.

If you are doing hatha yoga every day, you will notice that on a day when your attitude is kind of rigid, your body will not bend. On another day, when you are happy and mentally flexible, your body will bend much better. The nature of your consciousness is manifesting in every cell of your body, every moment of your life. That is why there are many kinds of self-inflicted diseases in the world today. Never before, human beings had as many food choices as we have today. In earlier times, people ate what was locally available. Today, in spite of so much variety, there is so much illness. In fact, the more choices people have, the sicker they get. The United States is probably one of the countries with the greatest variety of food choices, but they also spend a huge amount of money on healthcare – three trillion dollars per year. That is a crime against humanity. If those who do not get sufficient nourishment are ill, it is understandable. But if those who are eating well are sick, it means something fundamental is going wrong. We have not understood that every cell in your body was created by the nature of your consciousness. If you do not know how to keep the nature of your consciousness well, you will not know how to keep your system well. Then you will function by accident, which need not be so. We as human beings do everything that other creatures do too – we eat, sleep, reproduce, and die. One thing that distinguishes us is we are making a lot of fuss about all that, just as an aside. The most important difference about human beings is we can do all these things fully consciously. For example, you can eat fully consciously. Let us say you are hungry. If you were some other creature, you would just pick up whatever suits you and devour it. But as a human being, you are able to wait until mealtime, sit at the table, chant the invocation, and rather than stuffing your face with both hands, eat with your right hand. This is being conscious. If you go by the body alone, you will want to eat immediately. But since you have the necessary intelligence and awareness to hold back the compulsions of the body, you can respond to the situation in a conscious manner. If someone behaves very compulsively, they say he is like an animal. So, this is a journey from compulsiveness to consciousness. Consciousness gives you the possibility to become free from your tendencies. Even if you have been ruled by all kinds of tendencies until this moment, if you respond fully consciously now, there will be a distance between you and the accumulated tendencies that you have. If you make every aspect of life conscious – not only in action, but also in thought, emotion, and energy – you will be on top of the world. Re-Distribution Project/Process Continues: NEW Earth’s Economy Stimulation for Crystalline Gridkeepers & Gatekeepers as Foundation Holders and Those Fulfilling Supporting Roles
Yes, there is an economic gridwork/system for all on NEW Earth. It’s been a project “in the works” for many linear years now. It’s been a re-distributing of the funds and resources from old earth to NEW, just like the animals and Soul’s in Earthly forms walking, living, existing here too. Yes, this is a very real physical plane of existence…. We’ve been observing (and experiencing) over many linear years as the structures and systems of the old collapse/deconstruct/fall, the simultaneous “replacement” of a whole new system (this is called materialization on a higher dimensional plane of existence/timeline as each exists the “false matrix system” that was built on hidden agendas and separation (human-self-first) consciousness… The old ley lines/gridwork of the old earth gone, the physical realities created/held together by unconscious programs continue to dissolve at an increasingly rapid rate for all still choosing to live in those realities (the physical body must be cleared/cleansed of the actual programming that created this by merging one’s own energetic field of higher light consciousness (Soul/Higher Selves/Universes/Galaxies) into their physical earthly body form fully) in order to vibrate up/out/onto/across multiple/infinite dimensional planes of existences, while maintaining a physical body and continually anchoring lighter density realities and shaping them into physical form….. For all ascended beings, holding this vibration all of the time, realities are very different than they were in the days (vibrations) of the old…. Realities are dreamy, lucid and constantly shift about… Union within also means Union with “out”. As your higher selves descend and take residence up inside of your body with your human you, your separation will be made visible for you to see it and dissolve it, integrate it, unify it and return all to love from within again. This merging process changes your DNA and genetics too. This process occurs over your entire human lifetime here. Not just one day or a week or a year. It’s always been happening. It’s only awareness and realization that are new. As with all things on each dimensional plane of existence, there are jobs, families, animals, homes and all new systems already online. Each of you are responsible for achieving the vibrational frequency with your whole BEing and Body (Head/Heart/Every Cell) in order to become an INTEGRAL PART of NEW EARTHS structures, societies, civilizations, cities and network here. You are the ones that contribute to your highest existences here. You are the ones that make it happen, with all that are and DO. You have been provided with the Ancient Key Codes, Knowledge (Technology), Tools, Resources, Opportunities and everything you need to accomplish the EVOLUTION of your NEW Earth, by attaining the ability to vibrate out of the old dimensions and into entirely new ones. You each old the knowledge, the abilities, the answers…. what you must cultivate is your ability to step-up to the plate, to actually have it matter to you, to actually get over your own human'ness/separation that keeps you from “arriving”/vibrating at a frequency to continually experience NEW EARTH as your all-new-existence here. Your Contribution, Your Energy, Your willingness to actually DO, your everything determines the dimensional experience that you have and the timelines that play out for you. You do not get to remain separate and think about yourself first. In order to be a part of this NEW ECONOMY, where realities no longer collapse, in order to be a part of living your highest dreams and desires, you have to be fully invested, with everything that you are and have. Anything less, keeps you bound to an old dimension/experience until you are ready to leave your old ways behind…. and move on to something else…. For many years, the Forerunners/Physical Guardians, Gridkeepers & Gatekeepers have worked to activate this Gridwork and open these StarGates for all, to implement the necessary parameters and hold highest timelines/dimensional realities in place for all. This recent up-shift has had a huge impact on the transition for collectives leaving old earth and arriving here on NEW Earth too. Now, each will have to learn/remember how to live in “this new”. Many of you are now becoming aware of the impact this has on your own lives. Each choosing a different path of “how” to come online, each having different skills, resources…. part of everyone’s process is learning/understanding how the physical realm works in conjunction with your consciousness here. Many now move into the “System Support Roles” and your current “job” is to support the NEW systems fully and shift your focus off of old earth completely, come together, unite, share the knowledge, share your resources, your connections and step-up/offer your support in a way that contributes to the whole now. You receive SUPPORT as you become the Supporter, you receive all that you “need” in response to how invested you are. What you invest you, your money, your time, your energy, your resources… this MATTERS more than you realize (for awhile)…. Your willingness to step-up, to BE a part of this NOW…. this is what brings you into the fold of what is already stable, what is already formed, what already works through a Unified Existence now….. Your answers are in the things that create the most discomfort for your little human, they are in the things that challenge you to be bigger than your little you, to open up more than you thought you could and to contribute in ways that you would not normally consider….. The Gatekeepers and Gridkeepers (You are included in this too), these are the ones that will never lack for anything ever again. These are the ones that benefit, receive, are gifted and live in magic and bliss, these are the ones who have dedicated their whole existence to all of us (in this dimension and all others simultaneously too). To come online with NEW Earth, your whole physical body and physical reality must be re-worked. It’s a huge undertaking and transformation process that affects everything….. These re-workings are occurring at an exponential rate now, that continually increases (no it’s not going to let up, it just changes “how” you are experiencing as you go). Having the KNOWLEDGE of what is truly going on will make it easier for all. This KNOWLEDGE is a KeyCode within itself. Gatekeepers and Gridkeepers hold the Advanced Knowledge that guides, provides, assists…. this information can ease transitions…. without it, these process can be harsher/rougher/tougher than they actually need to be. This information and TE-KNOWLEDGE must be distributed via mass proportions for global impact to be accomplished with greater ease…. many of you have the ability to make this happen and for those who step up to unite for all of HUmanity here, reaching all collectives (old earth and new) will create that bridge between “both worlds” for mass collectives to transition easier & “faster” than ever before…. Re-educating according to highest consciousness of “how” NEW EARTH Realities work, ease the struggle, eliminate suffering and drop the resistance when those who hold the positions to reach masses come forth to realize that their own arrival on NEW Earth hinges on their own participation in what’s available to all stepping up (answering the Clarion Call) for fulfilling those Soul Roles that are important for all here. For each of you, truly look at your own gifts, truly look at your current resources, truly see how your ENERGY and Contributions can make a difference and then TRULY CARE ENOUGH to get in there and make it happen, drop your own separation that you hold, come together…… “your arrival” on NEW Earth actually depends on it. Now, back to NEW EARTH’S ECONOMY and Re-Distribution Project. This will continue to occur as your/Gaia’s gridwork is continually re-tuned….. This is a challenging process, for your bodies are offline a lot when the encodements for these new Systems are being “loaded” embedded in the Crystalline Structure for all existing on/holding NEW Earth frequencies…. For years, may of you have been a part of “receiving” the infinite wealth, abundance and gifts that is “made available” in response to your own contributions and dedication here. This will continue to increase a gazillion-fold as you continue honoring your own Soul’s Paths, fulfilling your own Soul’s Purposes and Galactic Missions here. Ease and simplicity is a part of this. The most challenging for each multi-dimensional is when the body is “taken offline” for these huge upgrading processes…. be patient and honor, for when each process is complete (like today), everything aligns and comes back online at a much higher frequency and all new timelines “arrive” for you to experience with more bliss, magic, joy, happy, abundance again. Yes, the heavy integration and crystalline upgrade times can be daunting and challenging, especially when it takes all of your energy just to BE. This is a huge process that requires all of your attention, so yes, you often have to let everything else go…. it will be okay, let it all go and honor what you feel/know inside (as always) above all. The deeper we go, the more your body must re-code, re-calibrate, re-everything….. Slow all down, simplify, cut everything out that does not contribute to what you “need” and isn’t supporting your current processes….. this is all up to you to determine…. reversing every mindset of how everything is supposed to be is a huge process for each….. Humans are never going to understand this…. you must honor and come from integrity to YOUR PROCESS at all times. Until one opens their heart (Soul) fully, there will be resistance, walls, fears, struggle, suffering, fight…. you will have to choose how much you are letting it “COST YOU” (yes, this all plays into your own abundance here)…… for what you allow ENERGETICALLY directly affects your own physical reality now. There will be times that you know you must “get through” the current situation and that a new one will present for you. You must be open to this and grab it, go for it and dissolve the doubt/excuses your little unconscious human makes for you…. We are Super Quantum - Which means you are no longer bound by anything of the old. You need not try to do anything linearly, as this will/can create struggle/suffering/hardship for you. You must open up to bypassing the linear constraints of “before”. Linear = grid-lines…. those are gone….. other than in your own mind of how you see/connect things….. Non-linear means you hop, you jump, you skip, you collapse, you obliterate you don’t color inside the lines anymore…. it means that you have the opportUNITY to do anything you desire, however/whenever is in highest alignment, by not waiting for “time”…… You occupy a space which allows you to energetically and holographically move however you desire. Your heart must be open, your pineal gland activated (inner vision), your listening tuned to a higher frequency too….. You must be willing to side-step, go around and often completely ignore the old rules…. they were your prison you believed and insisted were true….. now you must challenge your own beliefs and CREATE NEW ONES that look totally new, totally different and push your little human beyond those old self-imposed limits once held deep inside your own human body/mind……. Physical REALities are as you CREATE them to be, as you allow them to be, as you transmit them to be, as you believe them to be…… If you want to be a part of RECEIVING all that already exists, all that is fully abundance, a wealth of infinite riches that blow your human’s mind here…. then you must be willing to dedicate and commit you to a whole new existence and you must be willing to step-forth and come together to BE a PART of our NEW…… These cosmic alignments and Gaia’s increasing POWER (Schumann Resonance) is to bring all online NOW. All is to dissolve all of those veils of amnesia and return all to full consciousness again. Your human will get fed up/done (a whole lot), as this is key here….. Until you are “tired of the old”, your resistance won’t go, your heart won’t open, so these frequencies wear you down, weaken your systems (to rebuild new systems) while you are purging/clearing/cleansing the strength of your old everything…… We are oscillating between a multitude of frequencies daily…. shifting from SOULar, to Plasma, to Gamma (oh thank god!), to over-stimulation & over charging ions/neutrons/protons, to evolving the cellular structure of your bodies so that your cells actually generate a new form of energy which works completely different than the old. Your carbon-based to Plasma/Silicon bodies take great care to complete each one of these processes that need to occur for all….. The recent atomic codes activated and the Advanced Genetics continue to re-code, re-build, re-structure, re-distribute, re-calibrate, re-everything on a daily basis now. You will have to re-structure how your life currently is…. you must align all yourself or it will align for you to move you to a higher density plane of existence…. with your human kicking and screaming or with your Soul awake and honoring, it’s totally all your choice….. Your dominant aspect determines all of your individual and collective experiences here. You determine which aspect to give dominance to….. Going forward, these upgrades will increasingly continue for all. The immensity is beyond and will require that you shift your own mindsets to shift your own experiences with this. Where you hold separation (are disconnected inside), struggle and suffering are the experience, because of the perceptions one still holds. Where you are unified/connected/fully on-board, it will often be challenging for your human body, yet the rest of you will experience with greater ease and all will come easier to you because of this….. Do your Soul Searching, do your observing, do your seeing and “test” responses based upon what you put in, what you do….. You will start to see how easy this can be….. When you are truly ready to transition fully to NEW Earth too. I love you. Embodying more certainly has felt like exactly that this year; getting even larger than you were before the February, March and especially April’s Inner Expansions! I can barely put to words how strange yet wonderful these early months of 2017 have been for me. I AM not the same person I was in January of this year, and, we’re just getting started with this level and phase of the ongoing Embodiment Process in 2017.
This has been intense and ongoing in this NEW, higher level way since February, but it’s been all of April that’s seriously pushed the evolutionary envelope for me, and no doubt many of you reading this. I find some of this level and phase of the ongoing Embodiment Process more difficult (for me) to express in words because it is so beyond words much of the time anymore.
Sometimes linear words are not enough for me and I long for higher 5D and above total telepathic freedom, ease, instant and accurate communications coupled with matching emotional energies and Higher Awareness that goes with 5D and higher communication exchanges. I’ve consciously remembered this more natural form of communication my whole life, so it’s been a real learning, make that an UN-learning experience for me to figure out how to communicate in linear written form like this, and while being mildly Dyslexic. Good news is that we’re rapidly evolving back to this higher level of instant telepathic and/or even better yet, direct and instant knowing communications with like-others. Ascending Individuals becoming increasingly able to intentionally communicate with other Individuals of the same frequency range, which is creating a larger Group of 5D and higher people able to communicate with each other without any physical, linear spoken or written words involved. More of HOME in each of us brings more of HOME to our NEW HOME here, now.
When I get feeling too limited by words—written or otherwise—I spend more time with visuals and emotions because there’s so much more in them. There’s the image, the emotions it causes in the viewer, the colors, shapes, angles, textures etc. I’ve needed more visuals and emotions than words in April which is why I’ve been MIA much of the month. Now by visuals I mean both physical images and nonphysical ones. We’re increasingly more consciously aware of our multi-dimensionality, which means we’re needing more than just linear words or physical images etc. We’re expanding beyond them, meaning many Forerunners (and when I use the term Forerunner I mean Grid-workers/Grid-holders, Gate-workers/Gate-keepers, Master Transmuters, Wayshowers, Embodiers etc.) are needing greater, larger, more creative ways to express ourselves, communicate with each other, live and be and continue Embodying and so on. Said another way, we’re all in a very NEW and different place, space, level and phase throughout 2017, and many Forerunners are doing our best to acclimate to these hour-by-hour changes we’re constantly going through and know a bit more during each step.
For me, every time there’s an extra intense Light Energy immersion happening, I have that rather unpleasant sensation of having suddenly gotten really HUGE throughout my entire physical body from the inside out. I suddenly feel like I’ve gotten massively HUGE on the physical level, and in some ways I do actually increase in physical size during these Stair-step phases, but this is caused from my Embodying more Light and Love Energies, Source, Divine Cosmic Mother/Mommy, my Higher Selves etc. into my physical body. And from that perspective it often feels rather uncomfortable for a while due to more internal expansiveness taking place because more higher frequency stuff just came on-board permanently. Out with more old lower and in with more NEW higher in other words and this Embodiment Process literally redecorates your insides from an energetic level, thecellular, expands the DNA some more, and obviously re-configures the entire physical body. Because of all this, especially now that we’re coming out the Other Side of this 26,000-yearlong Galactic Alignment and multiple other related cycles, sometimes words just don’t do IT justice and we go quiet for a while to stare in amazement at Divinity working on our insides and outsides, our higher sides and lower sides and marvel and wonder over IT all.
No one ever told us that taking on increasing amounts of glorious Divinity would occasionally cause you to puff up like a blow fish, so much so that taking a deep breath is sometimes impossible. And while I’m at it, no one also ever told us that taking on increasing amounts of glorious Divinity would, at times, make you feel sick, wildly horny, irritable, homesick, frustrated, confused, not human, powerful, filled with Light and Love to the point that it feels like ones little physical body will explode from the greatness of IT all. Hence why this business is delivered in incremental Stair-steps such as what we’ve gone through since the 1980s, and much more so since 1999.
Let’s be entertained and educated by our own astonishing Individual evolutionary Embodiment Ascension Processes.

I’ve experienced all the things in the quote above by Lisa T. Brown. Getting larger because I’ve taken on more Light, and to do that more internal space needed to be created first so, out with more of the old lower. I’ve also gained plenty of physical weight since all this started, lost some, gained some back, lost some again etc. but no matter what else was going on, I’ve felt increasingly larger in all ways the more I Embody. To be expected as the physical “meat suit” is repeatedly Alchemically transformed by the very Process itself.
April 18, 2017, I had a Higher Awareness vision and Saw a HUGE (about the size of our Sun), transparent, speed-of-light approaching round ball-shaped Energy headed towards Earth/Humanity. I’m not saying this transparent Energy ball is only for Earth and Humanity, that it’s coming straight towards us and nothing else because that’s not the case. It’s hitting, activating plenty of other systems and stars long before it reaches us and Earth. It is very positive and simply another of many different types of further evolutionary inducing, species propelling forms of very high level Energies streaking through the Milky Way galaxy, jump-starting all sorts of wonderful things, beings and possibilities.
When I Saw this transparent Energy ball-shaped thing, I perceived that it would be within range of influencing us and Earth starting now, the last week of April, and peaking in intensity in mid-May 2017, but lasting long past that date. Like I said, this is just one more of many different types of much higher frequency Light Energies now constantly coming in to further lift us up into the NEW higher even more. There’s many more of these sorts of evolutionary pushes coming so don’t misunderstand me and think that this one is the one and only and therefore fixate on it because it’s not.
It seems, at this moment at least, rather ridiculous to repeat the many strange side effects of all this that the Forerunners have been, are and will be going through. You know what they are for you now, and that’s all that is really important at this point. Just give yourself some credit where credit is due for being able and willing to be repeatedly turned inside out and back again, and each time with greater NEW gifts added. Some of what we’re going through now in 2017 is pretty mind-blowing stuff so don’t forget that while becoming something NEW and different. We’re in NEW territory which means much of what we’re experiencing is very new and NEW too. There’s times when I can’t really tell if I’m here or not here. Dead or alive. Individual or Divine, or more accurately, rapidly becoming both in an amazing Alchemical evolutionary Process that I Volunteered to come here to do, live, be and anchor. That’s all that matters at this point, that you are doing what you came here to do now. Be at peace with that. Be proud of that. Be that and the rest will naturally make more sense as you/me/we each continue living the nearly indescribable. Thank You for your part in all for All.

“Stay focused on where you want to go in your life and how you want to feel. Don’t worry about the details of what you think life should look like. We don’t manifest anything that is not part of our Soul’s plan.
You are about to experience a shift in your frequency. A frequency shift offers when the soul is ready for the next part of its journey. However, this does not mean that our human consciousness is necessarily ready. Thing things that alter during this period can be difficult to endure, but you will make it through and be much better for it.
Basically everything will get shut-down. This happens because your energetic engine is getting a complete overhaul and it cannot be left running while it happens. But just note that, one complete, your connection will be stronger than ever.
It’s time to stop looking outside and comparing yourself to others. Your gifts were never intended to function or work exactly the same as another person’s gift. By looking at how others are 'more’ gifted, or 'better than you’, you are unintentionally sending energy out to the Universe which says you are 'less’ than. This action is the very thing that is blocking your gifts from developing to their fullest potential. You cannot compare yourself to anyone else. If you see greatness in someone else, it is because you hold the quality of greatness within you.
You are doubting yourself; questioning who you are as a person or whether you have anything of value to give. Your unique gifts are very needed here on the planet. Spirit is asking that you place your doubts aside and start to cultivate self-worth and personal value.
Trust your soul’s wisdom in choosing the path you are on.
You play an important role in the cosmic plan. This is Spirit’s way of giving you a much needed reminder - that you hold a great worth and value!
Just as you are, right now in this moment - you are enough. It is time for you to begin to understand your own worth and value.
You need to see yourself. See just how valuable you really are. Your worth does not come from what you do or how you behave. Your worth comes from the fact that you are part of the God-Source. Energetically, everything is falling into place. You are coming into a high point where you will find you are able to easily manifest the people, things, and situation you need to carry you forward on your journey. The energy of manifestation is a creative force, and right now it is in full flow for you. Stay focused on where you want to go in your life and how you want to feel. We don’t manifest anything that is not part of our Soul’s plan. So while you may not win a lottery, you can expect to experience ABUNDANCE and EASE while these energies are here. This is a great time to play with and learn about the order of manifesting. While you will notice that most of what is manifested is done by the Higher Self, a smaller portion will be manifested from your consciousness mind. Explore it fully and have fun with it!
Anything can be manifested at this time, so do not limit your potential. Your soul knows no limits. You are a creator and able to naturally turn your energy into physical manifestation.
You can use this power of manifestation to help you gain understanding about your purpose, to help connect you to the right people or organisations, or even aid you in gaining the financial resources you require. Really, the sky is the limit with this one. Enjoy it while it lasts.
Hold in your mind, that it wasn’t intended that you use your ability to manifest for yourself only. You can also use this to help others who may not be able to help themselves right now.
FREQUENCY SHIFT
You are about to experience a shift in your frequency and this card comes to help prepare you for the upcoming event. Being ready and knowing what to expect, can help you to get through the transitional period.
A frequency shift offers when the soul is ready for the next part of its journey. However, this does not mean that our human consciousness is necessarily ready. Thing things that alter during this period can be difficult to endure, but you will make it through and be much better for it.
Most often, when this shift begins, we will experience depression or a feeling of needing to withdraw from the wold. You are left questioning everything you have done and worked toward, up to this point in your life.
The intuitive faculties will also take a hit. It may seem that your connection with Spirit has been completely severed. The guidance you once received will be silent.

When we said that the gridwork/framework for the old physical realities had dissolved, this is what we meant. What is occurring right now for each still living beneath/in the unconscious matrix program. This unraveling is necessary to bring all things into light. Out there and inside, for both are the same. Photonic light amplifies, distorts and brings through “bizarre”. For each dimension it is different though. Bizarre is the appearance as photons distort one’s current reality, leaving the old matrix program and entering into a higher dimensional reality now. Once on the other side, the bizarreness only exists when observing that which is still asleep. This is foreign (alien) to us for it’s not reality here. It’s a program that continues to play itself out in those timelines/dimensions with those who are not fully awake yet. The bizarreness of the unconscious realms shall continue to increase, to awaken each faster to what’s not in-alignment with UNITY and LOVE existence here. These Galactic Holy frequencies (yes they are both, not just one now) continue to increase substantially to make all visible so that each will CHOOSE TO PULL OUT OF THOSE SYSTEMS while they still have choice. Where one waits until there is no choice, then realities appear to be harsher. They are not harsher, they are what each required to wake up. The reason all of this is happening, is because all who still hold separation inside, all who are not ready to unite through love and work together for what has already been created and is already stable and in-place, will continue to experience realities to clear all of that separation energy until it is all gone, until the only option is to leave the old unconscious realities behind and come on-board with those who are already doing/holding NEW EARTH REALITIES in place, continually creating, continually uniting, continually SHOWING THE WAY. Until one is ready, they remain in the old matrix realities. Our “job”, if you will is to explain this so each can see that waiting until there is no other choice is what creates suffering …. Before and since 2012, the Crystalline Matrix Grid activated for NEW Earth and has grown substantially, stronger and stronger by the moment where magical heavenly realities arer more solid, because each who signed on for this huge task to “lead the way”, stood up and embraced their missions, working on themselves and honoring their own Galactic Soul Embodiment Evolutionary phases. They unraveled and decoded the matrix from inside and went on to CREATE a whole new existence here. They/WE focused on our contribution to Humanity and knew why we were here. For all of us, for this time (vibration) that we are always now in. This is an unlearning of everything one thought they knew and a surrendering to a higher existence as love, peace, unity and a deep inner profound connection to all as ONE again. This is a REMEMBERING that goes so far beyond human existences and this is an evolutionary process to becoming a Quantum Light BEing here. This unlearning and relearning takes our openess to “go back to school” if you will. An openness and readiness to really want to know. A desire to embrace a higher dimensional existence and to do the work required. There is much to do by each and where there is resistance, this disrupts the flow that must occur… There is a trust factor involved, one the human aspect does not have. Old unconscious realities destroyed this, because trust is different here. It’s not a trust in anything outside, it’s a trust and honor from within. It’s a feeling, a knowing and our ability to truly listen and see what isn’t visible yet. Quantum Existence is very different and human’s have a hard time with this, because their human'ness is the issue. It’s a dissolving and resolving process where each must see their own human'ness and transcend this from within. It’s a continual process of listening to your feelings over what your ears/eyes show you. You used your inner guage for what is really true and if something presents in your own reality world that is not totally in alignment with your highest aspect reality/you, then you have to choose. Choosing the highest path always will resolve any barriers for you and open up realities you do desire to experience here. Any struggle inside will show you things are off. Alignment is achived when you are at total peace and one inside (unified). This is a process of learning how all of this goes. The human doesn’t want to know. It will wait until it is forced. The old 3D/4D matrix has no stability because it is not supposed it. It was built on unconsious programs, because each incarnating here chose that experience to transcend, to awaken to the untruths to point each inward to learn to love themselves, to learn to respect themselves, to learn to honor themselves and each cannot do this if they continue to compromise and play in the old realities. Each must choose a higher existence, one of love and unity with/as all from within. Each must embrace a higher existence, by choosing to live this from within. Each must apply the absolute highest consciousness to their own lives if they desire to exit the matrix and move to one of Divinity, Peace and Love, one where unity is the foundation and everything is FOR US ALL. Here there is no polarity, no duality anymore. Where polarity becomes visible, it is used as a navigational/mastery tool. Human aspects need polarity, as it’s what causes them to go in a different direction. They need that opposing force to make them see what they would not see/listen to before. We use polarity to see and not require it in our world. We do not need a polarized experience. Humans do. Experience is what teaches us. Eventually, each tune-in to the energy of all. When one is fully in-tune, the answers are very clear. Here we tune realities by intentionally changing the vibration of them. We tune all to love and we start from there. This is where each’s power comes from, their own love as a SOUL. NEW Earth is Souls existing in unison. Human’s cannot exist here, because there is still too much separation, resistance and opposition inside of them. They still operate from obsolete programs and beliefs that are no longer true. The ways of the old must be let go for the new to come through. Relinquish your struggle, fight and need to control, need to scream to hear you, need to resist anything at all. Surrender to the love and magnificence that you already are. Embrace that pure place inside of you to open those portals and walk through them as love. It’s the only way to get to the other side and walk in the higher reams. The lower density programs cannot come with you. You must release them if you desire to walk in the new. The unknown is scary to your human, exciting to your highest aspect you. You must choose which existence you desire … one of unity and love or one of chaos, confusion and loss. Loss is only the old going so you can move on. When your heart is open you do not lose anything at all. You are ready for the next vibrational reality to unfold. You greet it with anticipation of the awesomeness that it brings forth. You let go of the fear, as that was an old matrix illusion program that you held within. It will release from the cells of your body (conflict, chaos and victim mentalities will too). You will realize that all just waits for you to reach up, open up and embrace your highest aspect you and all of the realities that come with this. See the outside and let it show you what you hold. If it’s distorted, then that’s good, as it shows you whats true and not true for you. Resolve inner conflict, raise your vibration as high as you can. Keep it there, all of the time and observe what happens each time you do. Your physical body vibration will lower each time something is ready to release. Honor this process, for once you’ve released the energy/program/mentality/belief, your body will raise it’s vibration higher, you will be lighter and experience more love and peace. The outside will be re-aligning for you, as you hold your highest realities in place. With your thoughts, with your words, with your actions. You are Love and this is the most powerful force there is. Everything else must align fully with this. ♥ From my soul to yours…. see what’s happening to bring you into your highest consciousness existence here. Becoming Quantum will challenge your human. That’s the point. Leaving an entire existence and embracing and energetic one where you see all energetically/holographically before, intentionally jump timelines and move through portals and StarGates is not “typical” human anything. It’s not supposed to be. You are to go beyond your human existence for one that’s beyond magical, amazing and derived from the foundation of unity first. You/WE are all to come together to hold the HIGHEST VIBRATIONAL REALITIES in place… for us all. There is an entire network of us who have already done this and continue to do this in every moment of every day. Dear Readers,
There are so many wonderful points made by the Arcturians that I wanted to share some of them. Also, then you will better understand the Arcturian message in the next AALS, Advanced Arcturian Lecture Series, which will be offered in August.)
The illusion of perceiving yourselves as “ONLY third dimensional beings” is leaving the consciousness of more and more people. That illusion arose from the fear that maybe you “weren’t good enough” to be that higher version of your SELF.
Also, many of you have been connecting with your higher expressions of SELF. This connection is often either through your dream state, your meditations, your acts of creativity, and/or your higher expression of SELF who is saying to you “We are YOU! YOU are US! WE are ONE! We share your Earth vessel with you.
When we commune with you, we send our higher dimensional essence into your physical body to gain your physical attention. As we send our essence into your body, you begin to feel a sensation. At first you don’t know what that sensation is, except that it seems to occur when you feel deeply aligned with your own higher dimensional expressions of SELF.
Then, gradually, you begin to realize that when you remember to go down, down, down, through your body, and into Gaia’s core, you share your personal energy with Gaia’s planetary energy, and intermingle your personal energy with Gaia’s planetary energy. This deep grounding allows your physical body to embrace, and resonate to, a higher frequency of resonance than your physical body could embrace before.
If you feel that you have taken in more light than you can “digest,” you can say, “Can we slow this process down a bit?” In other words, you chose to “put on the breaks.” You wouldn’t get in your car and drive it if the brakes didn’t work. In the same manner, you may need to activate your “braking mechanism” when you do not feel safe enough to expand into higher frequencies of light—YET!
As you, our Earth representatives, go through this process of determining how much of your fifth dimensional frequency of SELF you can integrate into your physical body and into your physical life, please call on us, your Galactic Family. You can also call the Pleiadians, as they will be the first to land and interact with humanity.
Of course, their landings have already begun. In fact, they are waiting for you to recognize them, right on that cusp of the fourth/fifth dimension. There are many more “sightings” now, but you may wonder how you could have a group of people and 3 people see the sightings perfectly while the other 20 don’t see it at all.
This difference is based on ones state of consciousness. When ones consciousness is calibrated to the frequency of our Ships, they can more easily perceive them. In fact, many of the Ships are maintaining a frequency of the fifth dimension, but they take quick excursions into the fourth to test the limits of how far they can go just before the forces of darkness perceive them.
We do NOT want the forces of darkness to perceive us because they will create fear on Earth. They will create some kind of false flag to create massive fear to lower humanities consciousness. You have seen that Earth has had quite a few of these false flags lately, based on bombings and major shootings.
These events were all directed by the forces of darkness to create fear to lower your consciousness. When you have a lower state of consciousness you’re “just a 3D human.”
In reality, your fifth dimensional self serves as a portal to all of your multidimensional expressions of SELF.
We ask you to connect your Multidimensional SELF to your core, and your core to the core of Gaia. With this connection, you can feel how your Lightbody self intermingles with your third dimensional Earth Vessel, as well as with the core of Gaia.
Now focus your attention on your Crown Chakra, which is your pineal gland. As you open your pineal gland you feel a burst of light. Feel how this burst of light assists you to more completely feel the higher light of these higher frequencies, as they enter your Crown and expand into all your chakras.
However, you must modulate your light because if the dark ones can feel that higher frequency of light it frightens them, and it makes them angry. Then they create havoc. So we say this to you for those of you who are saying,
“Why don’t we see/feel this more?
Why don’t we know about this more?
Why don’t you just show up on our lawn?”
We, your Galactic Family, are protecting YOU. The forces of darkness could not harm any of us. But, in their attempt to harm us, they could harm you, or dear Gaia. Now, we ask you to feel your SELF as being fully protected, connect through your crown chakra with this higher light of who YOU are.
As you feel that higher light, allow it to come into the crown and your pineal gland. Then project that light onto the inner vision of your mind-screen on the inside of your Third Eye. In this manner, you can more easily perceive us.
All of the challenges you have had, and all of the challenges that you have cleared while wearing your third dimensional body, have been documented, preserved, studied by our landing party. Your going down to Earth and being a human teaches us how humans think, how humans feel, and what humans need.
When is it safe for us to show our ships? How is it safe for us to show our ships? How do we determine who is ready and who is not? YOU, our beloved grounded ones, are giving us invaluable information that will allow us to make these distinctions in humanity so that we can safely “land” into the hearts, minds, consciousness AND even some of the landed services of beloved Planet Gaia.
We would now like to explain a bit about what is actually occurring. The 3% DNA that humanity has been using, while 97% of your DNA is still functioning via the third dimensional illusion that humanity is “just physical.” That third dimensional 3% of DNA is actually in the process of being… shall we say… made into a portal.
Because that 97% DNA, which is filled with light and functions via light, is awakening. Because that 97% DNA is light sensitive, but it has been asleep, turned off, to third and fourth dimensional light. On the other hand, this 97% DNA is highly activated by the higher frequencies of light that are entering your Solar System, as well as your planet, more and more.
As you allow the fifth dimensional light to come into your physical body, that frequency of light is high enough to activate your 97% DNA. Remember, that 97% DNA is your Lightbody, but it is your un-manifested Lightbody. Then, as that DNA becomes “turned on” it activates your Lightbody. You see, your 97% DNA is connected to your fifth dimensional, multidimensional mind.
Hence, that DNA, which is in your physical body, is connected to your “Multidimensional Mind,” which is within your aura. That DNA is also projecting your inner light into your aura. Then, that inner light of your aura returns back into your DNA. In fact there is a two-way.
As the light goes out into your aura and your aura absorbs it, then it moves out from your aura and into your etheric body and into the appropriate chakras that match the frequency of that light. Eventually, the higher light moves deep into your body, and into your 97% DNA.
We are now going to give you an “Arcturians’ Energetic Weather Report.” We begin by saying that the energetic weather is, “HOT!- hot and very humid. The reason that we say “very humid” is that your Earth vessel is largely made of water, as is your Earth.
Therefore, just as your planet is largely made of water, your body is very similar to the percentage of water on the planet. But what happens as you age, it’s much like clay. You don’t want clay to get too hard. So you wrap it in this filmy net and keep it all together in a big clay pot. Then, you put the clay in the pot with water and you put the lid on. That is EXACTLY the same for your brain.
Now, with this weather report of “hot and humid” what is occurring is that as this higher frequency of light is coming into your body, you will need to make sure that your brain is well taken care of. You will need to make sure that you eat right, take whatever supplements you need, that you don’t bake yourself in the sun too much, or let your head get too hot or too cold.
Think about your brain. Think about that fact that you are in the process of using components of your brain that have been latent for every incarnation that you have ever had!
Within this NOW of the higher light entering your atmosphere, you are having more synaptic junctions. A synaptic junction is almost like a little lightning bolt. When two different concepts merge into a flash of a synaptic junction, it is much like lightning in the sky.
However, this “lightning” is in your head. That’s what we mean when we say that the energetic weather report is “hot and humid.” You will want to drink LOTS of water, have LOTS of fluid because you are transmuting your little brains into your “multidimensional Minds!”
When you are sitting meditating, doing nothing, you are using components of your brain that you have likely never used before in your entire life. So, take your supplements, look at your diet, most of all listen to your body. What does your body want? There’s no right way or wrong way because everybody’s got a different body.
Hence everybody has to listen to their body and their body will say “This is what I want.” Some of these things might seem really silly - but if your body says do it - DO IT! In closing we wish to add that, “You will ascend in YOUR way that you choose.”
Some of you were in communication with this “unknown whatever that was” your whole life. Some of you maybe are just now beginning to have communication. And what we want to say to all of you is that YOU chose when that “light would go on” within your SELF. Each of you made that choice. YOU chose that because that is what best interfaced with the mission you chose before you took this incarnation.
There is no right way to awaken. There is no wrong way to awaken. There is YOUR way. And the biggest shift from the beginning of this era - the early 50’s on - is that back then you had tohave somebody tell you. There was no way that you a human could ever get this information. You had to have a guru, go to a church, pray, and follow a human leader.
However, in just one generation you grew up from being a third dimensional human that could either be pushed down or blessed by some other beings to this NOW in which YOU are the creator of your reality!
You create your reality with every thought that you choose to hold in your mind and every action or inaction that you choose as a response or non-response. Also, as you are moving into this chaos, which will be escalating because chaos always precedes change, you are being called upon to be the calm, grounded, spiritually / higher dimensionally connected one.
By “one” we mean however YOU express your SELF. You could be the person that quietly walks through an unhappy crowd and sends invisible love and light calming the crowd, and no one ever knows you were ever there or ever did it. That would be a wonderful contribution.
If you are one that will become famous and write books and have your own television show and make movies - Great! That’s what you chose. There is no right or wrong way! That is one of the blessings of this era.
In one generation, you came from an era where right was right and wrong was wrong and there was nothing in between, and advanced all the way to the era that YOU are the creator of your reality.
