The religious guilt you feel is a sign of emaan. Do not let it fade away, remember Allāh ﷻ and overcome the fight with your nafs. Don’t let the whispers of Shaytan overwhelm you, Allāh ﷻ is closer to you than your own jugular vein (50:16).
Having good Akhlaq and mannerisms are the characteristics of a good Muslim. Having patience in time of difficulties or hardships is something that makes us holder of excellent characters. May Allah swt bless us all.

Good manners are from the inheritance left behind by the prophets. They are among the qualities of the God-conscious and the heaviest thing that will be placed on the Scale. The one with good manners is the most beloved of people to Allah and the closest in council to the prophets.

Kun Faya kun, You will shine again, you will heal. You will be smiling again with your whole heart. Keep Sabr because after all patience, there is something beautiful for you.
May you touch the heart of someone whose heart is attached to Allāh.
If you see someone happy, pray that Allah always keeps them like that, even if you’re going through a rough time. You don’t know the breakdowns, sleepless nights and tears they hide. The pain behind their smiles. Maybe because you wish good upon them, Allah grants you goodness.
Nobody knows how many times I've sat in my room and cried, how many times I've lost hope, how many times I've been let down, how many times to hold back tears. sometimes the strongest people are the ones who cried behind closed doors and fight battles that nobody knows about.
Water in 3 Breaths!
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to breathe three times when drinking, and he ﷺ also said: “This is more Thirst-Quenching, Healthier and more Wholesome.”

Ibn Qayyim Al-Jawẓīyyāh said: “What is meant by breathing whilst drinking is moving the vessel away from the mouth, and breathing outside of it, then going back to drinking.”
