RULES FOR 2020:

SKINNY 🌺

I will only eat 600-800 calories per day.

I will never eat after 10pm or before 12am.

I will try to work out at the gym at least once a week, but do home workouts whenever possible.

I will drink at least one FULL bottle of water before any and every meal.

I will stop being lazy and follow these rules so I can stop being disgustingly obese :)
