So...

I may or may not have over eaten these past days. Srsly though I need someone to alwAys be there. I really need to feel like I have the full support of a friend. I mean yeah I do have my friends, but I can't tell them this problem. I need an ana buddy who'll be there when I feel sad, happy, annoyed, etc. I'm currently talking to some people, but it ain't that simple. It's kinda complicated yfm. Most of them live somewhere else so our schedules are different, thus we barely talk. Fuck I'm in my feelins.🌼

So I haven't been posting my food journals cus I've binged for the past few days .. ughh.. but ayee I made it up for it today by fasting for 24hrs. And I'm not supposed to eat past 7 p.m. but I decided to break my fast before my cravings led to a binge.

Breakfast: coffee - 14

Lunch: coffee - 14

Dinner: coffee - 14 (I know not the best thing to be drinking constantly..oh well)

Just broke my fast with:

a small plum - 35

6 cherries - 30

Total: 107 💕

Water: 3L

Tips?

So I sadly don't have a scale at home anymore. But today I went to the doctor.. and guess who lost 7 lbs?!!! Tbh idek how or when. But I'm soooo happy! Anywho, I've heard it's a lot harder to lose weight when you're 120 lbs or less. So do any of you have tips, diets, workouts, etc. to lose weight faster? I only have a few more pounds and I wanna be at least 100 lbs by October. Thanks 💮🍉

Burned (today's my rest day): 57

Net: 437 .-. Mehh

Water: 3L

~so I was trying to fast .. but I was so confused. Is applesauce a liquid? A solid? Both? But anywho, today was good. I resisted so much junk!~

New Month New Me

So hey!! I've been following people on here for quite some time. A new month is starting and I am absolutely determined to see change. So what better way to track progess and share my experience than post on Tumblr?! Lol ok so .. right off the bat .. today's calorie intake 9/1/17 Breakfast: watermelon cubes - 56 Coffee (w/ almond milk) - 14 Lunch: Small banana - 80 Dinner: Veggie salad w/ some onion crisps, a dazzle of vegan mayo, and a vegan sausage - 296 Snacks: Small bowl of granola mix - 35 Water: 3 L Total: 481 Burned: 109 Net: 372 Sooo .. my limit for today was 400 and yeah I went 81 calories over (even though I burned some off) but I'm not upset since it was decently healthy ~.~ 🌌Thanks for reading🌌
