(I also swear by chia pudding! It’s very low effort, delicious, healthy, and always helps when my sleep and fatigue issues are, well… being issues. You can add as much milk/water as you want. I personally also make it with maple syrup and cinnamon, then eat it later with berries and nuts.)

I have a love hate relationship with endings where everyone has to go back to normal after this life changing journey. You went on the adventure of a lifetime, you grew, you learned, you loved, you lost, but it’s over now.

Although we have a lot of pride and love being intersex, we also know that being intersex can be difficult, and that things like medical bills, dealing with harassment at work, disability, and many other things can make it difficult for us to have the resources we need to survive.
