Listen to the pain. It’s both history teacher and fortune teller. Pain teaches us who we are, Wade. Sometimes it’s so bad we feel like we’re dying, but we can’t really live until we die a little, can we? —Deadpool 2 (2018)
Miniature Treehouses Are Wrapped Around Houseplants by Jedediah Voltz
L.A.-based artist Jedediah Corwyn Voltz creates miniature treehouses, which are constructed around everyday houseplants or bonsai trees in his newest project Somewhere Small. The imaginative project composes a miniature habitat, thoughtfully constructed with imagination and vas experience in prop making for films. Each piece is made from silk fabric, miniature artworks, and wooden fragments as well as semi-precious stones, which are hidden with calculation.
Somewhere Small will be on exhibited at Virgil Normal in LA, beginning on April 23.
