Supernatural Whump

1x1- girlfriend is killed

1x5- eyes bleed

1x6- knocked out, kidnapped by shape shifter, bound to beam

1x7- arm sliced, bookshelf falls on him, arm bandaged by paramedic, bruised face

1x10- possessed by creepy doctor ghost, nose bleeds, punched by dean a few times

1x14- premonition headaches

1x15- kidnapped (bonus: worried dean), held in a cage, shot at

1x18- attacked by a shtriga (bonus: adorable brotherly moments/flashbacks)

1x22- beat up by a demon, very badly bruised face, lots of emotional whump throughout, SPOILER- car crash

2x1- car crash cont., paramedic scene, beat up face (admittedly most of this episode’s whump is focused on dean)

2x3- attacked in motel room, hit in the head with a telephone, briefly kidnapped, punched by dean, arm cut

2x4- falls over and breaks hand

2x5- more vision headaches, cast seen on hand (from break in last episode)

2x9- attacked by infected nurse, purposefully infected with deadly disease, lots of emotional whump with dean

2x10- hunter tries killing him, dean worries

2x14- had been missing for a week, possession, fight with dean

2x17- has to kill girlfriend (warning- very sad)

2x21- wakes up in a ghost town (long story), fights, literally gets stabbed in the back- ready for this? (I wasn’t) He dies… in dean’s arms (T_T)

2x22- Dean mourning/overall sadness, dean sells his soul to bring sam back

3x3- has bad luck- like supernaturally bad luck, shot in the shoulder

3x8- not really whump, but some very sad brotherly moments

3x11- mostly dean whump, but sam has a groundhog’s day situation, dean dies for real(ish)

3x13- kidnapped by a terrifying I-honestly-don’t-know-what (bonus: ghostfacers, my actual favorites)

3x14- kidnapped… again

3x15- kidnapped again again (but this time to get his eyes harvested- long story)

3x16- Dean dies (mauled, very graphic, much whump), emotional whump for sam

4x1- emotional whump during reunion with brother (bonus: badass castiel intro)

4x2- head slammed into sink, bruised/cut face, heavy object pushed into him

4x4- punched by dean, knocked out (not dean), bruised and bleeding face

4x8- struck by lightning

4x9- shown stitching up his own arm

4x13- the episode is mostly flashbacks- young sam getting bullied (bonus: protective/pissed younger dean, A+ casting, badass young sam), present Sam stabbed in the chest with a screwdriver (or maybe a pencil, hard to tell)

4x19- leg grabbed by monster of the week (later shown bandaging it a bit), knocked out, tied down, arm cut, gash in side, a finger is stuck in said gash, blood eaten, arms sliced multiple times, bled into bowls (as you can tell this is very graphic and quite a lot of blood is shown)

4x21- hallucinations, locked in a panic room and forced to detox, very sick, later gets into a fist fight with dean

4x22- exhausts himself by killing Lillith, kind of well starts the apocalypse

5x1- leg broken, lungs taken (both of which are healed almost immediately)

5x5- chocked, knocked out

5x11- strapped down, attacked by wraith

5x13- impaled, almost dies, healed eventually

5x14-nosebleeds, detox in bobby’s panic room again

5x16- fatally shot, goes to heaven (but of course comes back to life)

5x17- not very whumpy, but shown to be injured at the beginning of the episode

5x18- thrown by an angel, “hemorrhaging”, spits up blood

5x21- sick during encounter with pestilence, passes out

5x22- is possessed by the devil, jumps into devil box thing (honestly I don’t know how to explain this one)

6x6- beat up by dean (at the end of the episode)

6x7- has his soul checked (again- very hard to explain some of this stuff), attacked by a vampire

6x11- locked in bobby’s panic room (yes again), soul painfully put back into body

6x13- collapses after remembering literally burning in hell (scene continued in the start of 6x14)

6x21- knocked out and locked in a room (again)

6x22- amnesia, comatose due to mind wall being taken down (here’s that hard to explain thing again), seizure-ish

7x1-7x3- nosebleeds, pain from memories of hell, hallucinations of Lucifer, seizures (hit in the head with a pipe in 7x2)

7x5- attacked by a witch a later a leviathan

7x11- poisoned, knocked out and (take a guess) tied up and locked in a building

7x14- fear of clowns (same sam, same), fights clowns

7x15- hit by a car, broken rib, severely sleep deprived, constant hallucinations, put into a psych ward, electric shock therapy, pain taken and transferred to Castiel

7x23- choked

8x3- knocked out

8x6- fights a bit with dean

8x11- strangled by a suit of armor

8x14-8x17 & 8x20-8x23- pain from trials, coughing up blood, overall weakness/dizziness, near death

8x23- expels energy (hard to explain), arm bitten (and trial whump as written above)

9x1- in a coma from trials, hospital scenes, worried dean, possessed by an angel to heal (continues for about half of the season)

9x2- beat unconscious

9x5- scratched, almost eaten

9x7- choked by ghost

9x10- weird possession stuff, probe into head, shot but not injured by it (not so sure about this ep, srry if I’m wrong)

9x11- leftover grace painfully removed, flashbacks, weakened, nosebleed

9x13- almost eaten by monster of the week

9x23- knocked out by dean, watched dean die- emotional whump x10

10x1- kidnapped, tied down, threatened

10x2- tortured by person who kidnapped him in previous episode (punched in the face a lot, nose bleeding, injured arm squeezed), passes out from tear gas and hit on the head

10x17- some emotional whump with bobby

10x19- threatened with a gun, bleeds to open a box

11x1 & 11x2- cut face, infected with virus, weird vein blackness, near death

11x17- shot in the stomach, suffocated, thought to be dead

11x23- emotional whump at dean’s almost sacrifice (which sam believed to have happened), shot at end (warning: whump cliffhanger)

So there’s the seemingly never-ending list! I hope you all enjoy, this took much longer than I thought- but so worth it (I mean come on, look at how much whump).
