Why is Norm panicking about holding baby Neteyam? I would fist fight anyone who tried to stop me from doing just that. It's not like the kid bites. (Not that i would care if he did)
because Na’vi as a species are nearly twice the size of humans…Neteyam feels tiny to Jake, but to Norm that is a big baby lol, he doesn’t want to risk dropping his best friend’s newborn. Hence why he says “maybe later” as in “maybe when I’m in my avatar so he doesn’t feel so big” lol
meanwhile Jake is so caught up in New Dad Hype that he’s barely even registering the idea that to a human Neteyam seems big
actually- let me suggest-
Jaune and Perturabo have bonded over their love of craftsmanship. Jaune told Perturabo how his grandfather would craft small toys out of wood and other materials, jaune would try his hand as well but wasn't good. Telling him how sometimes it looked fine, then he'd touch it and just fall apart.
Jaune: Then it caught fire sudden-
Perturabo: How did you start a fire with metal toy? There wasn't any flammable material in it!
Jaune: That's what I was saying! But it did! I almost gave up, but I decided to keep trying and now *jaune finishes putting the last piece of a cog into a small Space Marine figure as it suddenly begins marching cluncky* I can make them heh.
Perturabo watched the small "toy" fall over as the legs kept moving. A small smirk on his face.
