☁️random tips☁️

🍒stretching your arm/legs/abdomen helps slim you down A LOT.

i do about 15-20 mins of stretching

-which sounds boring but putting on ur favorite show/playing music gets it over with pretty fast

🍒if you are having trouble with your waist, do planks and side planks.

i know they can be hard but you can work up to longer times.

i do 1min 30sec each side and 2mins regular planks

-it doesn’t really matter how many times you do them, i do them whenever im bored tbh and you see progress fast

🍒doing lots of squats and wall sits help keep your legs toned

i would rather have skinny but toned legs rather than skinny, fatty legs

-try to hold for at least a minute

-the more you do, try to add a little more time (i’ve held for 6-7 minutes once)

—random ass tip that you really dont have to follow—

k so for some weird ass reason, i find it really attractive to have a toned vastus medialis oblique(VMO), which is location on the front of your thigh, right above your kneecap.

this is a little excercise i do to keep that muscle toned:

-sit down on the floor with your back, shoulders, and glutes up against the wall.

-sit up tall and bend your left knee in toward your chest with your left foot flat on the floor. extend your right leg out in front of you with your foot slightly pointing out to the right

-without leaning away from the wall, lift your right leg in the air as high as you can and hold for as long as you can.

-switch legs and repeat.

i dont have a set amount of time i have to hold or how many reps, but you will notice the muscle toning in just a few days.

I really wanna have abs

Try this easy workout, it’s the one kpop idols do.

The idols abs are called 11 abs.

You have to do it three times a day:

One time in the morning, one during the day and one before bed.

Workout:

-> 1 min elbow plank

-> 10 normal crunches

-> 10 angled position crunches

-> 10 straight leg position crunches

-> 15 leg raises

Repeat this three times, so three sets in total.

I think it’s a very easy workout to go through.

I need about 9 min to go through the three sets.

But I gotta tell you it burns after the first day, but keep going, you got this and it will get better over time.

Also dont forget to stretch your core throughout the workout (I stretch after every set).

Is it just me or does anyone else feel different when they’re hungry? It’s like my body looks different to me after I eat, like I can go the whole day not eating and I’ll feel skinny and my collar bones will seem to stick out more and my waist will be a little slimmer. But then when I eat it feels like I grow 2 sizes bigger and all of a sudden I’m fat again and never want to eat again. It happens even if I eat like a carrot or something really low cal. I don’t know I feel so stupid
