Neymar jr before last game for Santos:

I’d like to say thanks to everyone for all the moments we’ve shared, during our training sessions, victories, titles. It’s not easy to say goodbye, but it’s a dream come true. I wanted to play today so that i could spend another 90 minutes by your side. It dosen’t matter if we win or loose, i just want everyone to run like we have always done. Thank you, thanks for everything, i’ll be rooting for your success, hoping you guys manage to win many titles, victories. You can be sure you have a friend in me, i will always be supporting you, it dosen’t matter where i am at.

markimoo's draw my life video

can we like talk about the ending? no, not the outro. the ending message he wrote.

“thank you! you changed my life!”

let’s talk about that imagine this. (at that time, probably) three and a half million people. he’s talking about every single person watching his videos and he’s letting them know that they matter. that they aren’t just a number. that they aren’t just a tiny fish in an enormous ocean.

he’s letting them know that they are important. that even if you don’t run a blog about him, even if you don’t have the guts to make a youtube account to subscribe to him, even if you can’t do anything–you are important. and you matter so much to him and everyone in the community.

no matter who you are. no matter what you’re going through. no matter what you look like. no matter what gender you are.

you matter so much. you are important.

there are times that you think no one believes in you; but a lot of people do. Mark believes in you. I believe in you. I may not know what you’re going through. whether it be sad or tragic, but I know you’ll get through.

I believe in you. I love you.

please remember that.

People aren’t always what you want them to be. Sometimes they disappoint you or let you down, but you have to give them a chance first. You can’t just meet someone and expect them to be everything you’re looking for and then be angry when they’re not every hope and aspiration you projected onto them. It’s foolish to believe that someone will be what you imagine them to be. And sometimes, when you give them a chance, they turn out to be better than you imagined. Different, but better.
