the thing that really gets me about these tags is just the sheer lack of curiosity like… people really think like this… they see an aesthetic that they like and they don’t even bother to think “where does this come from? when and why did people start dressing like this?” like they do not even bother to read the wikipedia page on the topic… it’s truly chilling
