Actually she isn’t specifically a rottmnt Oc since she travels through dimensions. She has a different style and slightly altered personality for each dimension and parallel universe.
Still I think this is one of her best designs I have made so far ^^. I’ll post more different versions of her throughout my time here on tumblr!
