This may not refer to everyone but these are some stuff I do because I’m autistic and an age regressor.

Rocking back and forth and stimming
Laying all my stuffies on top of me for some deep pressure therapy.
Chewing on softly of my stuffies ears
Eating plain foods like plain pasta, apple slices, chicken nuggies, Fries ect
Having a hyper fixation on a children’s show (mine is doc mcstuffins and the pajanimals)
Walking in tippy-toes because the floor is just too much
Wearing comfortable clothes like fuzzy pyjamas, oversized clothes, fluffy sockies and with no icky tags, annoying me!!
Stimming to your favourite songs, especially Disney/children songs!
Lining all my fidget toys up and playing with them one by one and putting them back in the exact place they were in.
Colouring in but getting annoyed if I get the ink out of the lines.
Colouring, stimming, nonverbal and with my noise cancellation headphones >>>>
