Pelle Ohlin. lead vocals of the black metal band Mayhem (1988-91). He committed suicide by slitting his wrists, slashing his throat, and then shooting himself in the head. when one of his band mates found him, he took a picture, and the band decided to use it as their next album cover. they then took fragments of his skull and made necklaces for each of the band mates. @argsandshit
