If you do want to go toe to toe with cops don’t do it at the main protest in your area. Start shit across town and split the cops’ resources. “Open a second front” so to speak and take some of the heat off of the people they have absolutely no qualms about harming. Split up and open up a third front, a fourth. Keep moving and keep them moving.

my dad took some ancestry tests and eventually found out who his father was (and that he has 5+ siblings who are also finding all of this out) and honestly it's been pretty bizarre and emotional so far, naturally
but one of the biggest changes for me is no longer having to give the whole spiel of "oh i know i'm racially ambiguos but hey there's a whole story behind it because this that and here's my father's backstory"

hello again! it's been a few months since i posted this the first time, and since it's pride month i thought i'd try asking for help again.
my family and i still need help getting out of florida. as you all know, the situation here is only getting worse every day, and we need to get out. all three of us living here are disabled, trans, and still working, but we're still only living paycheck to paycheck right now. we're trying our best to save money where we can, and we have! we've bought the plane tickets to leave, so we will be doing that at the end of october.
but, we still need money for down payment, our first month of rent, and to ship the bare necessities over to our new place. any and all help is more than appreciated. even if you can't donate, please, please share if you have the time.

Remember the protest against LGBTQ+ folks that took place in London, ON's Wortley Village last weekend?
It was organized by White Nationalist, sex offender, Harper fanboy, and all-around garbage human being Bubba Pollock.
Turns out he didn't show up at the protest he organized. But what he DID do, is track down a patient in palliative care who's the father of one of the activists who called him out and helped counter-protest Bubba at one of the Drag Story Time events he recently attempted to disrupt.
Bubba then proceeded to find his way to the patient's room, take a selfie, and send it to the LGTBQ+ rights activist, along with threatening messages.
But this morning, we hear that he's been arrested (sadly, released) and has been charged with criminal harassment.
Btw CTV has deleted their tweet ONCE AGAIN (they've been doing it at least twice, if not three times now, because people kept calling them out on their portrayal of the situation).
