I hope you find happiness and no, I’m not angry at you anymore, I’m just sad now, because whatever I had to give wasn’t ever really enough but on the days when it hurts all over again, I remind myself that I tried as hard as I could and I breathe a little better for it. I can forgive you for leaving me, I know it. So don’t even say a word, I don’t want to hear any of it. I just hope that you’re happy, I hope you find a way to love again, and I hope you do it better. I hope you stop picking up phone calls that don’t change a thing and I hope you stop walking down the streets with no lights over your head because you should never find comfort in the darkness. I hope you let the world see you for who you are. I hope you say whats in your head and I hope your voice is steady even if your hands are shaking.
