If you're willing to be a big enough piece of shit, you could easily be one of these guys.

So yeah, if someone's offering that choice, get it in writing and stay the hell away from these creeps.

Fuck it. Be ghoulish. Remember when assholes in NYC were drinking champagne on their balconies while people protested in the streets during the Occupy movement? Have any of the ruling class said anything empathetic about the bodies that litter our borders and seas?

We all know the billionaire class doesn't give a fuck about us. The rich chucklefuck Titanic tourists are part of the same population that consistently lobbies against protections for the poor and oppressed, healthcare access, labor regulations, etc.

At the end of the day, if I could wave a magic wand and save them, I would. Dead shitty humans are still humans. But I'm not at all upset that people feel a sense of ironic, comedic cosmic justice in this.

If you want to feel a self-righteous sense of piety by bitching at those of us who find this kinda funny, good luck with your white knight campaign. You look a bit like a clown though.

Osiris and Nimbus talk about how we were drained using Strand when we tried to grasp it tightly, how it only truly came to us when we let ourselves flow with the river. And the Witness did not know about Strand! It literally destroyed its defenses!

Just man. The Witness valuing control above all else, chasing and obsessing over the Traveler to finally control it. After an expansion where Nimbus and Osiris learn to grieve by not fighting the current, not trying to force themselves to be healed when they’re not. Where Caiatl watches her father’s obsession finally consume him and makes her peace.

Anyway just thinking about Savathun saying the Witness “gives [Darkness] a wicked shape” and appreciating how she read this eldritch horror for filth a whole year ago
