I have shopped with Amazon for years and until today have never had to sign for a package that I remember. Lately several shipments have either gone missing or items have not arrived in my shipments that were supposed to be there so I have had to call Amazon to either have them replaced or refunded according to their policy. I don’t know why some items cannot be replaced and others can but I do know this if I tell them something isn’t there it isn’t!!! I am single and I have no need for excess. I have no online business. In short I have no reason to tell them something is missing if it isn’t and their making me sign for a package resulted in a BIG !!! Argument between me and my 84 year old Mom because in her opinion I was buying things I didn’t need. Of course she doesn’t think I need anything but the Postal worker ended up getting her to sign for my package 📦 and I don’t know if I will be doing much more shopping with Amazon 😟!!! I know everyone is in a crunch but I don’t think I deserved their distrust considering all the money I have spent with them over the years. I will be calling them tomorrow to voice my concerns!!! If they don’t want my money there are plenty of places that do!!!😡😡😡
