Good wood - I’ve seen a few amazing farmhouse & barn conversions and here’s another beauty. The ‘Townships Farmhouse’ in Montreal by Toronto based architects LAMAS. It was commissioned by an artist and a farmer with long ties to the area. Inspired by old agricultural buildings in Quebec, their brief was for a building that reflected their interest in land conservation and the preservation of agricultural buildings.

  • its getting really bad again
  • i feel like i have no support because all my family does is make it worse and my friends don’t think i’m still having trouble
  • i’m uncomfortable with my body
  • i barely sleep
  • i’m having moodswings a lot
  • panic and anxiety attacks are becoming an everyday thing again
  • binge eating and starving are happening
  • so my sister is bigger than me and she seems to think i can’t have negative thoughts about my own body because of this and it isn’t helping its just making me harder on myself
  • i’m feeling hopeless again
