ESPN+ app should show it, since it’s on an ESPN channel. It is only $6 a month and you can cancel any time ($13 with Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ bundle). Might be worth $6 even if you just watch one gsme! :)

So far not really. The only definite streams that I know of are that BBC Alba will be streaming the Glasgow City vs wolfsburg match which is free but you'd need a good VPN. The others are being streamed on a mixture of BT Sport channels one two and three, which is a subscription based platform.
Addition: the Portuguese platform Eleven Sports (also subscription based though) will be showing the matches too [source]
Addition 2: in Germany you can access matches through Sport1. It is a free to use platform that only requires you to sign up but will need a VPN if you are watching from outside of Germany
French broadcasters Canal+ Sport (OL vs Bayern) and Bein 1 (Arsenal vs PSG) will be showing the matches with French teams too however they’re both pay channels. A site that is usually reliable at streaming from these channels is jokerlivestream
Viaplay shall be streaming all CL games in Scandinavia - also pay
