Nesta doesn't apologize. *pffft* But, I mean, it wouldn't have been remiss. However, in the end, what matters more is seeing a change in her. She clearly needed help. I'm just glad what we did worked. So no, maybe she didn't need to apologize, but perhaps a thank you would've made sense...
Again, I feel the need to mention this is not my POV but Elain's. 😂 (I swear, I don't hate her...she's a tough customer, though, and this is based on my understanding of her from what I've seen in the books. Not fanon, not head canons, just my own interpretations.)
