[Infinite Space, 2009] One of my favorite games ever and criminally underrated, in my opinion. There are many different types of ships to build, and a large cast of characters with unique abilities. Combat is a bit easy and has a high encounter rate, but I think it’s well worth it for the story alone. If you want a game with a lot of space politics, I don’t think there’s another game I recommend more.
[Death end Re;Quest] Been playing my first game by Compile Heart. Never expected a game mechanic where you smack your enemies against the game’s boundaries, or for it to be so satisfying. Getting all of your party members set up at the perfect angle to smack enemies between each other like the most lethal version of Wall Ball is very satisfying.
Although the game itself is pretty meh, you get to play as a badass dragon. What more could you ask for? Game is Shining Resonance Refrain.
