Topi’s Daily Card #1249:  Star of Extinction

Now, this is one sweeper that feels a little steep, but is pretty okay in my book.  It doesn’t scale like others and doesn’t get cheaper, but number one, it’s a stone rain, and this sweeper also deals with planeswalkers, unless they’ve really gotten out of control.  Also, this is another sweeper to play in a red deck that’s also running Stuffy Doll, probably knocking an opponent out or near death if this resolves.  It’s a fun card and while pricey at seven mana, it can really clear a board just as good if not better than other popular red sweepers.
