If your intentions are to strive for such a long relationship, why jump into one so quickly? What was the rush? Just curious, not jumping your case or anything like that
I’ve known Jaeleen for a while, it’s not like I just met her. When I was in a relationship and I was having troubles, or I was having a bad day, or anything like that, she’d be the first one to message me to ask if I was okay. I barely knew her at that point but yet she still continued to ask me. She was always there for me, simply as a friend. She genuinely cared about my well being. If I had doubts on whether or not we would last a long time, I wouldn’t have asked her to be my girlfriend. I’m not the type of person who just asks people out, you know? She’s pretty great. She makes me happy. I don’t see a difference in asking her out a year after my breakup or a few months. My last relationship ended about 7 months ago.. Officially, about 1. The feelings were gone for a while. But Jaeleen gives me so many butterflies and makes me so happy and ugh, I just really like her.
