Like with many careers, right now, there is a portion of what you need to learn to practice as an architect that can not be done properly online. The human aspect of architecture, of collaborating with clients and teams, of working together to create a building is still something that we learn by being in the same physical space. Now, I bet in a near future technology will advance to the point were we will be able to interact together within a digital environment to review the concepts, designs and details of a project.It would not surprise me that a change like this on the profession will change in turn how architects are trained and educated.
