I imagine Kakashi being kind of unofficially adopted by Minato and Kushina, he’s Naruto’s big brother now (like it or not XD). I got the idea of Kushina going on a shoppping tour and bringing her little boys along (much to Kakashi’s suffering XD). [I’m no native Japanese speaker and my Japanese is a bit rusty so I hope I got it right but the words beside Kakashi are supposed to mean: “Man, why is it always me…”]
