I need some advice. I'm 132 lbs. I'm 14 and I really want to loose 10 lbs and get rid of all the fat. I have a muffin top. No thigh gap and I want to get rid of it before may, is it possible?

So I just wanted to tell you that are such a sweet person! It makes me so mad when people got mad at you for telling them their BMI. Doctors use that scale to see if your weight is healthy. So what's the difference. So I just wanted to say your just an amazing inspiration and I love the way you reach out to your followers! And thanks!!!

Hello! I'm 13, 5'5 and 132 pounds. I do have a thigh gap but it's not straight, it goes in and out. I have a muffin top and I hate it. I have under arm fat and it's gross. I want a flat belly and skinny legs. Any tips?
