Some of you might’ve noticed that my icon has changed! Tomorrow is national Suicide prevention day, and I thought I’d change my icon to the teal and purple ribbon. The ribbon stands for three things:

  1. The awareness of domestic and sexual abuse.
  2. Suicide prevention.
  3. Support and awareness for those who are family of people who’ve committed suicide.

Someone who is struggling with suicidal ideations may feel like they have no one to go to or talk to, but there’s always someone out there who loves you, even if it feels like nobody is there for you. I promise you that life is worth living, and you will get through this.

In the summer of 2017, I had lost my step mother to suicide. She was stuck in an abusive relationship with my father, and she felt as though she had no other choice than to kill herself. I thoroughly believe that if she was willing to talk to someone the night she killed herself, she’d still be here today rather than in a box over my fireplace.

Please, if you’re genuinely considering killing yourself or you find yourself stuck in an abusive relationship, I urge you to seek professional help.

Remember: there’s always hope.

Matthew, I cannot express in words how much you mean to me. You’ve never left my side, and you haven’t given up on me. You care about me just as much as I care about you, and because of you, I haven’t cried myself to sleep at all this past year. I never thought that would ever happen. To be fair, I also never thought you’d see me as anything more than a friend. You’ve pulled me out of a very dark place, and I know I wouldn’t be alive right now if it wasn’t for you. I’ve never been able to relate to anyone as much as I do to you, and I feel a spiritual bond with you. There’s no way in hell I’d fall for anyone else or get tired of you. If heaven really does exist, then I’m fully convinced that a greater power had tailored us for one another because there’s no way in hell that we weren’t meant for one another. I’m yours forever, and your name is engraved in my heart, and if it wouldn’t kill me I’d literally give you my heart. We’ve both had shitty experiences with love in the past, and before you I was convinced that nobody would be able to genuinely love me for who I am, but now I know my worth and how significant I am to not only you, but also my friends. Fun Fact about me: I don't like being called handsome, hot, cute, or anything along those lines by anyone except for Leonardo, I know some people may say things like that towards me and not mean it to be harmful, but it does make myself really uncomfortable. The only person I'm comfortable with at all is Leo, therefore I'd prefer if more people took that into consideration because I've had to say it time and time again. I only like to be called those things by him, and him alone. I know some people may not mean anything by it at all other than just stating an opinion, but sometimes those things can make people uncomfortable.

I know I've told you this many times yesterday and today, but Happy Birthday, Leonardo. I know this year has went by quickly, and it has had it's fair share of ups and downs, some being better or worse than what most people could imagine, but you're here another year, and I couldn't be happier. Not only has it been another year for you, but it's been over a year since we first met, and since we started dating, and I'm so happy that we're still in a happy and healthy relationship. There will be many more years to come with you and I, and I never ever plan on leaving you. I love you more than anything, you're my whole world and everything in it, and so much more. I hope that today you'll have a wonderful birthday even though I can't be there with you physically, I am here though, and I'm celebrating today with you even if we are miles apart right now. I wish that I could be there with you to shower you in love and affection, an gifts, but I hope me not being there doesn't affect how great this day can be for you. I'm sorry I couldn't do more for your birthday, but with my next paycheck I want to try to send you the package that I've been planning to send for months, and I want to throw in a little something extra as a gift for you, maybe even order you some take out or a pizza! ⚠️PLEASE READ⚠️

My sister is currently having a bad psychotic episode and she’s hallucinating that she has bugs crawling on her skin. I don’t know what to do to help her or how to act in this situation. She’s on antipsychotic medication and she’s been having some health problems with her gallbladder. She was diagnosed as manic-depressive with psychotic tendencies a while back and she’s also on lithium and xanax, along with a few other medications. I don’t know what to do or how to help, or what the root of this issue actually is.
