It's Audio Fiction Sunday! Here's my weekly blog post of some of the podcasts I've been listening to this past week!
Personal Highlights Folxlore: S2E08 – SnapThis episode returns to Zarah and Annie, with a focus on Zarah and how the building’s jump to the Other Side has affected her. We’ve seen some positive depictions of life in this new world in this season, but here we have a depiction of how difficult and complicated it can be. Leaving your old life behind is more difficult for some of the characters here…
So excited for S2 <33 jar of rebuke is one of my favorite podcasts. Also I saw you reply to a post listing the characters who are canonically ace and saw dax in the list which 1. Makes me super happy and 2. I have a question about Daxs' romantic attraction. If this is a spoiler/will be addressed you don't have to answer but basically, does he experience romantic attraction? Regardless if the answer is yes or no, what label does Dax use/fit under?(sorry this is long I just didn't know how to word it.)

Dax himself is Aro/Ace. For him that means he doesn't feel romantic attraction towards anyone. He experiences platonic attraction and appreciates companionship, but he doesn't seek anything romantic or sexual.
Similarly to Jared, Dax may struggle with what labels fit him best since he doesn't necessarily have the language for it yet- but he is AroAce.
This is a decision made by Casper Oliver as well as the VA for Dax, Jason Larock. There's been jokes comparing Dax to Krobus from "Stardew Valley", which tickles us greatly.

I just started episode 3 and Jared going to celebrate Darius made me smile so much. You can tell Hared really cares about Darius and doesn’t judge Darius. Jared is just so thrilled listening to Darius home ec interest. And the biggest thing? They communicate! I just love it so much. Ugh please no spoilers but if you all want to pop into my inbox about Jar of Rebuke please talk to me. I’m trying to work up the confidence to talk to the cast and crew.
Rambled about Jar of Rebuke to my partner and they said we must protect Jared at all costs. I’m hoping they start it soon.
