sharing more. he wanted to make every trans and gay person feel and be so unapologetic, so embracing of their gender expression and sexuality. he knew how to rock the classic, family friendly graphic button up, but he was also so iconically just a sexy ass dude who knew how to turn heads. even before top surgery, he rocked the no shirt look a lot, just with some tasteful little nip tape. he didn’t try to hide himself once he realized he could try to live authentically. if he knew club q was going to be under threat at some point, i just imagine he would’ve seen how they could better protect and defend themselves and their home, not hide. he had committed himself to abandoning hiding and welcoming as many people as possible to that life that he and we deserve
