Theoretically, Kane Chronicles and Magnus Chase can both take place regardless of whether or not HoO does - you just ignore the crossovers for KC and all you need for Magnus Chase is for Annabeth and Percy to be decently experienced enough to give advice bc they’re barely in it. ToA is the only series that depends on HoO’s placement, so moving back HoO to 2018/2019 puts ToA right in the Covid Pandemic, which actually fits perfectly if the god of medicine is gone from his post at the same time a pandemic happens.
