I recently got hurt at work(I'm ok) but in doing physical therapy and doctor's appointments it turns out that I have congenital defect in my acl that caused me to have a lot of pain while running. I have run in a while because I would randomly be in such terrible pain and my doctor at the time didn't have a solution.
My physical therapist thinks with proper treatment I should be able to manage the condition and eventually be able to run long distances again.
I'm so excited my head is spinning with the possibilities.

I've been on a huge 90's R&B kick lately. I'll start to listen to something else and then hear R&B in a restaurant and have to listen to a playlist on the way home. Recently I went to a Hozier concert and the opening Folk singer sang an acoustic version of Weak. It was amazing 😍 but the original will always be one of my favorites.
