Cole is a fun character to me largely because hes SO strong and could absolutely snap you in half with his bare hands but also he would never do that. Physically he could kill a man with little to no effort but emotionally?? Imagine the toll

The comedic timing in episode 28 of season 11 of lego ninjago is unmatched

Lloyd, currently in jail with a shapeshifter who’s been stuck there for 60 years: “my friends are out there, and if I know one thing it’s that ninja never quit. They never give up, ever!”

Smash cut to Cole, shoveling snow out of an impromptu driveway: “maybe we should just give up”

[two minutes later]

Aforementioned shapeshifter, mournfully monologuing: “the only way out of this dungeon is if someone lets us out, and I do not see that happening any time soon”

Random unnamed guard walking by, immediately unlocking and throwing open the doors to their cells: bet

From the wiki, notes of a recent DuckBricks video with official news about Dragons Rising, like the premise, plot format, and the old and new ninjas' roles

I'm gonna rant.

I find it offensive when people use AI to write for them, because it's spitting in the faces of everybody that has worked hard and spent hours, months, years over one wip or a couple of wips.

The beauty of art is you get to create it yourself. You get to work hard and get rewarded with something beautiful in the end.

And for people to just come along and use AI to cut corners? Its a fucking insult. You can't replicate someone's style of writing, you can't replace everything by AI because AI will fuck up, lie and cause chaos. AI is not hard work, it's insulting and uncreative. It's going to cause problems in the industry and I cannot even begin on where to start with explaining it all because I could go on forever about it.

If you support AI in art or writing or any of that shit, unfollow me. You're taking the joy out of creating, you're saying you don't value the hard work of others and you think we're nothing to you

Well I think you're despicable if you use AI.

Write your own shit using your own brain, or don't fucking write at all

so like. softshell turtle plastrons dont cover their whole torso. and i just think it would be funny if donnie also had that (and also it adds to more variety with the turts+less natural armor for donnie which feeds into his need for assistive tech)

but look at these guys they got no pants:

Mikey’s “hair” is canonically just algae and I’m never getting over it

Andy saying it’s algae under the cut lol

i love being queer. i love wearing insanely ott eyeliner and the most masculine outfits i can find just to go to the grocery store. i love being masc as hell one day and androgynous as fuck the next. i love loving men & women. i love seeing other queer people in public and giving them a little nod of you're like me. i love making younger kids who aren't sure of their identity yet feel safe and comfortable in who they are because of who i am. i love seeing pictures of queer people getting married because they finally can. i love marching at pride. i love sharing this part of me with people i care about. i love queer musicians, queer artists, queer writers. i love people not being able to tell what gender i am at first glance. i love my name. i love how i look right now. i love being part of this community. i love feeling genuinely happy about my identity and my presentation. i love older queer people. i love the fact that even though this fight has been going for over 50 years, we're still here. we're still fighting. i believe this world can change. i believe we can make it a safer place for the queer people to come after us. our predecessors did so much making this world just a little bit better for us, we can do the same for the next generation. this fight is far from over but that doesn't mean we can't continue it. we survived this much. we can keep surviving. we are unkillable.

An order of magicians attempts to summon a child hero with a pure heart to save their world from evil forces. They instead get his 40-something-year old dad, with a shotgun.
